      Not a customer I'm an ex employee that they screwed five different ways from Sunday they took away the manager That was supposed to be our manager to make a manager of another team and basically just left us to slowly fail and alienate all of the customers and then they let me go because I and others had the nerve to say something to them about how bad the main office in company was treating us and not giving us the support for us or the customers and they just don't care 100% don't recommend

      I was hired as a **************** Representative for ******************************************* Coffee Services, at the ***********, ** location. I was employed there for about 6 months. This is by far the worst 6 months Ive had with a company within my entire career. I was subject to discrimination, nepotism, harassment, and a hostile work environment. - The Supervisor has made it clear that she does not like the physical appearance of minorities, and hates the ***** community. - The employees dont work as a team to resolve matters; the employees are lazy and take advantage of the time clock. There is no structure at this location and only about 3 people that truly want the branch to excel and thrive. Its disheartening because the 3 employees that do care are burdened and can never advance to the next step.- The HR department lacks general knowledge handling HR matters. Allowing employees to be subject to traumatic events. -They As for the customers; Ive always been in the business of serving customers and dealing with all aspects of customer service and customer experience. The way this company, more specifically, this location treats their customers is the lowest of the low; Im talking the bottom of the barrel. - We were trained to lie to the customers, or deflect from certain questions because we knowingly neglected to uphold our promises within the contracts. Customers have been going a year or more without filter changes for their equipment; we hold off on sending technicians to go repair their equipment because the technicians are lazy or feel that whatever issues their equipment is having, its an easy fix for the customers and by holding off going to service their equipment, theyre hoping that theyll figure it out themselvesIn addition, they will bring the customers empty C02 cartridges for their dispensers either due to shortage or the techs not wanting to deal with it. Customers are being lied to! STOP! Take accountability, restructure, stay focused on the vision!
