I paid $2300 for a ticket to *****. On the advice of the **** agent I purchased cancellation insurance which would give me a full refund if I was unable to travel. I developed a severe back problem and my doctor wrote a letter confirming this. After over 50 emails back and forth with ****. They promised refund but have received nothing (zero dollar) from ****. Once you pay **** the money forget getting a refund even with the **** cancellation insurance.

4/10/24- On purchased 2 round trip tickets to ******: 4/29/24-6/01/24. On 4/27/24 -Tried to check-in online. Because we do not have ***** our check-in was incomplete. After research, I learned about the new law which was implemented on March 2024 that a **** is required for a stay of more than 30 days. If I was informed by ********, the booking agent, I would have enough time to acquire the require **** for me and my husband. It is called "courtesy". I paid a total of $1,070 for the Exchange Penalties for 2-tickets ($100.00-EVA Air Administrative Exchange Penalty, $200-ITN Processing Fee, $235.00-Fare difference for each). Our trip was rescheduled to 5/01/24-05/30-24, 30 days duration to avoid getting the ****. Since ASAP did not perform the Due Diligence, we were penalized. This is an INJUSTICE to people like us who are seniors on a fixed income. We would like to get reimbursed for the total amount. Macchiato , customer service rep. helped us with the changes. She's smart, helpful, polite and did a great job!ASAP Tickets Response
