      On 05/24/24 my account @***************************** got suspended on a user report for "Violating our rules against evading suspension." I have filed multiple appeals and have not gotten any responses or feedback. It has be three months and my account is still suspended.

I have attempted to unlock my account several times for a few weeks, I have contacted the team several times but I never get an answer back about my case.       I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent (8/27/2024) account suspension on ********************** (formerly Twitter). My account was suspended, and I promptly submitted an appeal, explaining that my content was a misunderstanding and not intended to be violent or threatening. I also referenced Xs own ToS which directly proves I did nothing wrong given the context of my ban. in accordance with Xs What is not a violation of this policy? section: How we define Violent Content Allowed:We seek to evaluate and understand contextual nuances behind the conversation before taking action, and we allow expressions of Violent Speech when there is no clear abusive or violent context, such as:hyperbolic and consensual speech between friends, or during discussion of video games and sporting events; figures of speech, satire, or artistic expression when the context is expressing a viewpoint rather than instigating actionable violence or harm; quotes from books and movies, music lyrics or poetry when the context is expressing a viewpoint rather than instigating actionable violence or harm.people use violent language as part of hyperbolic speech or between friends, so we also allow some forms of violent speech where its clear that there is no abusive or violent intent, e.g., Ill kill you for sending me that plot spoiler!.Despite my detailed appeal, it was rejected almost immediately, without providing me a ticket number or any specific details regarding the suspension. This lack of transparency and the expedited rejection of my appeal have left me frustrated and without recourse. Id also like to add that X does not let you request your personal information as it redirects you to the appeal page stating If you are attempting to submit for other X support options, youll need to appeal your account restriction first. which is just horrible and needs to be stopped.

      Appealing the suspension of my X account, @schizohustler for alleged violation of Xs Terms of Service. X customer support refuses to review my appeal.Im using X like every day, engaging with friends, other communities and so on, I did not intend to spam or violate any guidelines.Requesting a review of my account's reinstatement citing X's rule "We recognize that some people use violent language as part of hyperbolic speech or between friends*, so we also allow some forms of violent speech where its clear that there is no abusive or violent intent, e.g.," I'm well aware of the specific rules or guidelines that my account may have violated so I take responsibility and can ensure that any future events are in full compliance with Xs policies.
