  ********************** has my personal information listed (some of which is inaccurate) without my consent, including my address and phone number. On 10/28/25 I completed their process requesting my information be deleted from their website. The response I received was to wait 3 business days and the record would be gone. On 11/1/25, my information was still listed. I completed the removal request again and received the same response (wait 3 business days and the info would be deleted). My information remains on the website to date (11/9/25). This is a matter of safety and I need this resolved immediately.

  I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is partially satisfactory to me. This company responded within 24 hours after my BBB complaint, after ignoring my direct requests using their professed protocol on their website. They clearly could have resolved this before now, but chose not to until BBB got involved. While the resolution is acceptable, the effort it took to achieve that resolution is unacceptable.

  I submitted this to true people search and they have ignored my follow up message with a dismissive automated reply I discovered that my information was shared on your website. Personal details down to my address etc. This is morally disgusting. I submitted a request for you to take it down. I went through your rigorous, repeated and what felt like intentional captcha's meant to discourage people from removing their information. You sent me an email that it would be taken down after 3 days. When they click the link it no longer shows up. Good, but not good enough. BECAUSE HOWEVER when my number is typed in from ******, from other/new devices and computers ALL OF MY information shows up first thing on ******'s page from YOUR website without anyone having to click the link. I'm asking you again to kindly remove ALL OF MY INFORMATION TO WHERE I DO NOT SHOW UP AT ALL THROUGH ****** FROM YOUR WEBSITE. You must honor Federal compliance for me to opt out. Which I have and you have not removed me from your site as ****** still shows my information through YOUR ******** ignored my follow up so here I am.

  I am rejecting this response because: I have been requesting the removal of my information for weeks. It has been well over 3-5 days as stated in the email. And I have not received a response to any of my requests. I submitted four (3 online and 1 email) requests for removal. And this is their same generic automated email for all requests as well.
