    I submitted this to true people search and they have ignored my follow up message with a dismissive automated reply I discovered that my information was shared on your website. Personal details down to my address etc. This is morally disgusting. I submitted a request for you to take it down. I went through your rigorous, repeated and what felt like intentional captcha's meant to discourage people from removing their information. You sent me an email that it would be taken down after 3 days. When they click the link it no longer shows up. Good, but not good enough. BECAUSE HOWEVER when my number is typed in from ******, from other/new devices and computers ALL OF MY information shows up first thing on ******'s page from YOUR website without anyone having to click the link. I'm asking you again to kindly remove ALL OF MY INFORMATION TO WHERE I DO NOT SHOW UP AT ALL THROUGH ****** FROM YOUR WEBSITE. You must honor Federal compliance for me to opt out. Which I have and you have not removed me from your site as ****** still shows my information through YOUR ******** ignored my follow up so here I am.

    To the Better Business Bureau,I am filing a formal complaint against TruePeopleSearch.com for a serious privacy violation. Without my consent, this website has published my personal information including my full name, home addresses, and phone numbers publicly online.I have never given this company or any of its affiliates permission to collect, use, or distribute my personal data in any capacity. The exposure of this information is deeply distressing and has made me feel unsafe.I am requesting the following actions:Immediate removal of my personal data (addresses, phone numbers, and any other identifying details) from TruePeopleSearch.com and any affiliated sites or partners.Written confirmation that my information has been permanently deleted from their databases.A detailed explanation of how my information was obtained and why it was made publicly accessible without authorization.This invasion of privacy is unacceptable and puts my safety and peace of mind at risk.     I have requested to remove all of my personal information from **********************************. I have submitted the request 3 different time in 2 different ways over the last 2 weeks. They have not responded nor have they acknowledged my request. I need help making sure this gets done. It should have been done weeks ago when I first requested it.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have been requesting the removal of my information for weeks. It has been well over 3-5 days as stated in the email. And I have not received a response to any of my requests. I submitted four (3 online and 1 email) requests for removal. And this is their same generic automated email for all requests as well. I need this completed today and a response from this business stating it is complete today. This is getting ridiculous. Thank you for your help.

    My email address appeared on this website recently under a strangers profile. I have no connection to this person in any way. The website refuses to remove my email address. They claim that they only display information that they acquire, but that they cant access edit or modify. Clearly if they can display information, they can remove it.

    The company publish my home address and other personal information in their website without my permission, This is a violation of the California Privacy Rights Law.     My complaint is that True People Search has all of my information including a satellite image of my home with my full address even the information of my parents and siblings, uncles and aunts. I did not consent for this informationto be displayed for public people to see this could lead to harmful Doxy stocking or even retaliation against people, Ive meet in my day-to-day life. This is public information. Anybody with Internet connection can find my private and personal information. This is extremely infuriating that in order to opt out of them display my information they request more information like my phone number and email address.
