      Many customers are coming to the BBB looking for answers about Underground Cellar closing. Come to the Underground Cellars *************** on ********* There we have Lawyers, Law Enforcement, advocates, the ******** and other customers in the same position. The group is there to help the customers.

      I was appalled to learn that the company shut down abruptly. I have many bottles in the Vault with them, already paid for and will NEVER see a reimbursement. If I could award zero stars........

      I have had a good experience with company all around and trusted them to be able to have access to wine items I have purchased in the past. But to my dismay, I heard about the closure and saw I have about $1000 worth of wine still with them that does not appear I will be able to get without being part of a class action suit or something similar. It is my hope the company will ship what remains in peoples cellars or make appropriate substitutions based on the purchasers profile, but I have my doubts.

      The company took my money and just released a statement on the website that they are no longer selling or shipping wines. That includes the wines that I have already purchased waiting for shipment. Scammed me. So disappointed.

      ordered 10 times and it's getting worse and worse over the last 2 years Go to ****** and get a better bottle, know what you're getting and stop the merry-go-round of junk they send out. By the way i have out of over 120 bottles delivered never received an expensive bottle

      Hi *****, We are sorry to hear you are disappointed with not winning that big upgrade since you've been ordering with us. Our collections are built to help our customers discover different wines that they wouldn't always know to check out at ****** or other stores. We have a smaller number of those top upgrades in each collection, but our algorithm optimizes for variety and ensures customers receive at least 125% what they paid. When we take a look through your orders, it looks like you have gotten some great value though. You've spent approximately $4,300 on wine valued at $7,200. That's almost 160% more than what you paid.

      I am done with this site. I received an opened and subsequently recorked bottle in my most recent shipment. I have never seen anything like it.

      Hi *****, I'm sorry to hear you got a bottle that had a ***********. That happens when a wine gets too cold and the wine expands in the bottle. This is a risk you take when you ship your wine during the winter. Looks like you shipped during that severe cold spell we experienced across the country. I see you wrote into customer support and were given a credit for what you paid for this damaged bottle.

      Honestly never thought I'd be registering a complaint, but the trustworthiness of this company has finally encouraged me to express my dissatisfaction. I received an alert that my "cloud cellar" storage for wines which had been ordered would no longer be honored as I'm not an "active customer" any longer (no purchases in the past year). I understand the company's concern with maintaining cellared wines for customers who are no longer active, however I also decided I would no longer order from Underground Cellars until they stocked the wines I'd ordered (and paid for) in my online "cellar" - over one year and I'm still waiting for this company to reflect five of the wines I ordered in the storage they are telling me will now be discontinued. SHAME ON THEM for selling a product they do not actually have and subsequently punishing the customer. Take your business elsewhere.
