Such a corrupt POS financial institution just like its mother company. If I realized that 5/3 was affiliated with them. I would have said H*** NO! Their banking policies seem to be just as bad and s***** Nickel and diming you as much as possible, even when you send a payment to pay off the account. Next day, low and behold you get hit with an "interest reduction" charge. Would not recommend.Review from Matthew M

Had solar installed and financed through them. The installer went bankrupt so it took months to get the project completed. Since its been completed weve had issues with production. Dividend unwilling to help as they financed the equipment on our roof, thats it. Our financing was for installation as well. It wasnt installed correctly. Now were expected to pay out of pocket to get it running correctly. Absolute joke of a company.Review from Kylie C

This is the worst company my husband and I have ever dealt with. We are trying to buy a house with a solar loan through Dividend and they did everything they could do to decline me and then him as they only allow one applicant. We provided them with every single document they requested showing we were MORE than capable of the loan payments and they declined my husband because of a W2 from a company he no longer works for even though they asked for it! If you are trying to buy a house with a solar loan through Dividend run the other way and run away from Dividend in general. This company is full of a bunch of crooks and has absolutely no care for their current clients or people trying to go through them. Honestly, ********** gives better customer service than these people.Review from Robert G

Dividend financed solar panels for me to a company that went bankrupt before the job was ever completed. My husband and i have paid for a loan for almost two years and the job was never completed and we have no benefit from the solar panels. They keep telling me theyre trying to find Solar company to service my account but none will and they keep wanting payment. They expect us to pay a ****** dollar loan that the contract was never completed. We were promised a return on our taxes that did not happen and they increased our loan amount ****** a month. We now pay almost 800 a month for electricity and get no benefit.Review from Anthony M

The absolute worst company in the world and looking at other reviews, it looks like I am one of many that have been screwed over by them. We are trying to buy a home and even though we qualify for almost a $600k home, they denied the loan transfer for their solar and refuse to use my spouse's income as additional income. Now, we are out of $7500 in ******* money and can't close on our house. This makes it stressful for the sellers as well in trying to get others to buy their home with this solar. Absolutely ridiculous and this needs to be looked into immediately from the BBB.Review from Maria Cristina D

I was trying to pay our bill and this **************** Representative named *** from the ****************** was very rude and arrogant. When I asked for a Supervisor, she immediately hung up the phone. WHAT A COMPANY!!! HOW DO THEY TRAIN THEIR PEOPLE...SO DISAPPOINTED!!!Review from Anna S

Dividend finance said to keep my monthly loan payments the same for my solar, I would need to pay an incentive payment of 3% of the total. I called to make that payment, and was told it had increased by $2470. I called today to pay the remaining balance and was told it was now $2522.26, due to additional interest and fees. This company is the worst! They tell you one thing, but then charge you something completely different. Wish there was a 0 star rating.Review from Lore M

Their website is terrible.!!!If submitting a payment, there is no confirmation of receipt of the payment. You cannot look up a scheduled payment And, there is no way to schedule a date for payment if you prefer to schedule your monthly payments ahead.Appears they prefer you call them M-F and speak to a rep. and hope you forget to ck your scheduled payment to charge intrest.Review from Matthew L

My family and I have been trying to sell our home in ******* and the only set back has been the solar loan denying other buyers to assume the responsibility of the loan. The loan is attached to the house and if a buyer qualifies for a home loan why in the world are they being denied for a fraction of the amount? Im infuriated and I would never recommend this Dividend. They have ruined my familys plan and made this process unbearable. The kicker is they wont share with us the reason for denying potential buyers. Dividend has turned this process into an absolute nightmare!!!Review from Jose L

My name is *******************, I called yesterday and today regard a payment issue. They advise me for me to weigh after the 14. For me to call back and help me with a payment and to pay $1 15 .00 for 3 month now. it's not the case now the liars to me I am not happy I am complain with better business Bureau federal trade commission attorneys *************** They liar to customers and they recording voice check the recording.
