      This company has caused us to lose 3 offers on the sale of our home 2 of the offers were denied because they have not lived in kingman very long these people were all moving from **********. Other homes with solar there companies have let people assume the loan with no problem but this company never has returned any of my phone calls they have lied then now they are refusing to talk to anyone and they never even let me know that they put this back in the hands of KeyBank never notified me at all. This is causing us a big hardship Im trying to move back to ****** because of a good job and Im supposed to close on a house in ****** . But this company is causing a hardship because they dont want to let anyone assume the loan so I will end up losing my home in kingman along with defaulting on the solar because of the negligence of them letting someone assume the loan theses offers the people have had really good credit . I feel they need to compensate me for all the mental stress and physical stress . Not mention the hardship that they are putting me through. This is not good business. They have cost us to lose out on over ********* dollars because of all the denials .thank you I want a resolution done .

      I feel they need to make this right with Dividend would not even talk to me 

      I requested to speak to a manager and I was refused . I also was refused to speak to someone in the complaints department.

      No one ever returned my phone calls this is very unprofessional.I feel Dividend needs to pay the money they have caused us to lose .

      Dividend has caused us to have a hardship on finances because of their reasons for denial the people had really good credit but the excuse why they denied was because they did not live in kingman 

      very long. I find this unexceptable.

      Solicius LLC installed solar panels and Tesla battery back up. Dividend financial is the lender. signed contracts on 03/15/23. They used some used parts. damaged side of my home. when electrician was switching wires from one box to another, was only supposed to take a few hours with out power. started in the morning. at lunch time I asked how is it going. told not good. not close to being done. I got him lunch so he would stay to finish. at dinner time I checked in again. same response. I got him dinner. he said he needed a second person to help him. at which point my other half offered to help. he started helping at 6pm they didn't finish till 1:30 am. we had no power all that time. being on a well means no water either. ***** was not a paid employee and is not a electrician. customer should not have to pay full price and have to help build it. just saying. was last here 01/25/24. has failed permits with county building inspector twice now. finance company started taking payments from us 12/27/23. they shouldn't be taking payments from us since it is not completed. 02/05/24 ******* filed chapter 7 . dividend finance is telling me I still owe the whole amount despite the fact that it can't pass inspections. says they had the right to pay ******** in full because they have pictures showing panels on my roof and battery back up on my house. I can not legally use system since inspectors failed and pg&e has not given the ok. they are threatening to send me to collections for stoping payments. dividend financial is being investigated by 17 state generals for same issues that they have done to others. can you please help me? dividend offered to pay another company to come finish putting it together. first of all there are breach of contract. they used used parts. they paid before it was finished. I don't trust them to choose who works on my house. they told me not their problem if they used used parts. they don't care about what happened to us.

      I received your response to the above mentioned complaint made to the BBB. I do not find your response as acceptable.
         In regards to the releasing funds prior to completion, that was noticed and questioned with *******. I was told that the payment should not be and issue. They believed they would be able to get the system to pass final inspections and receive the permission to operate from PG&E prior to our first payment being due. Thus I didnt reach out to Dividend to question this with you. I was told that if it didnt pass prior to our first payment, ******* would reimburse us for any payments made until the system was permitted to operate. All I would have to do, was provide proof of payment, and they would authorize reimbursement to me. I had actually submitted for (2) payments prior to ******* filing for bankruptcy. Having been told this is the only reason I signed the contract as worded. I WOULD NEVER agree to paying for a PERMIT REQUIRED  project IN FULL until the project passed final inspection. Anyone willing to do that is crazy and looking to have problems with their project. By paying in full like you did, you gave the contractor (*******) NO incentive to make sure the project ever got completed. Why would they need to? They already got paid! When I signed the contract documents in 2023, there was no reason for me to question the financial stability of *******. Their sister company Sun Works was the company that installed the solar that was existing on the house when I purchased it in 2019. That system was installed in 2016, so I assumed a solar company that had been in business for 7+ years was a safe option.
          As far as me not wanting to allow your 3rd party vendor ******** to come on the property  to complete the install and ensure the system passes final inspection. ALL previous conversations I have had with your company have led me to NOT TRUST you or anyone associated with you. As of this moment, nothing has been , OR will be done to the system. It appears to not have an issue, so until this issue is resolved, it will remain untouched. I have gone to the ************* with a contractor friend of mine and got copies of the plans, permit, and reports on the previous permit failures. The plans were never provided to us, even though we had asked ******* on numerous occasions for them. The plans, and permit were also NEVER onsite as required for any permit project.
      I have no further information to provide regarding used parts being installed in the sub panels on the property. When we witnessed them being used, I contacted ******* about it. I was told the parts would be replaced with new later, they were being used at the time, as that was all they had, and they wanted to keep the process moving. I was told by the electrician installing the parts, that utilizing used breakers from other projects was common, and they do this all the time. I did not realize at the time  I should had been videoing this ENTIRE process to document ALL the errors that were being made. My fianc took time off work to be here every time ******* was scheduled to be onsite. Some days they showed up late in the day, sometimes they didnt show at all. And there would be be no phone call warning us of the late arrival / no show. I would have to call and ask about our scheduled appointment. The day ******* was going to replace the main panel and get the system connected to PG&E, they only sent out 1 electrician to complete this project. PG&E killed the power to the property at around 9am. It became quickly apparent that he did not come prepared to do this project as needed. It was not until 1:30pm that he had all the supplies needed to perform the upgrade. We fed this electrician lunch AND dinner that day. By 6:30 that evening, my fianc jumped in and started to assist him with completing this. He worked side by side with the lone electrician they sent until 1:30am the following morning to ensure this got completed. My fianc not only took time off for this, but was forced to work as an UNPAID apprentice to ensure this got completed as soon as possible. Our property is rural, on a well and we have livestock on the property. The day was rather warm, and without power, I HAD NO ability to flush a toilet, get a drink of water, or ensure my livestock had adequate water to drink. It is still unsure to me why the electrician continued to start this project, which required pulling ALL of the wiring from the main panel to pull them over to a new sub panel and reinstall the breakers, knowing this was more than he could complete by himself in a day. The fact that you paid for this process IN FULL prior to completion now explains ****. He was under pressure to be able to say the system was complete so you would pay prior to them filing for bankruptcy. I know understand as well why no less than 17 States Attorney Generals are looking into your company for your business practices.
         At this time, I am unwilling to pay in FULL for a job that at the time of ******* filed for bankruptcy was 71% complete. I am not saying that I do not owe you anything for this project, but at the same time I do not owe you for 100% of an INCOMPLETE  job. As I stated previously, PAYING IF FULL for a permitted repair before passing final inspection is a recipe for disaster. I believe you should take this into account before throwing the contract I signed in my face, knowing that maybe this contract and any others like this may be flawed. Your current stance on this will get you at best pennies on the dollar when you sell this debt. Again, I agree that I owe you money for this project. I DO NOT OWE you 100%. I have asked for, but never received an invoice breaking down what was paid for parts and labor for this project, as well as a paper copy of this contract as I have diabetics and can struggle with my vision. Hopefully you will reconsider your stance and can come to an agreement on a fair number both parties can agree on.

      What I need to happen is to have my loan put into my now ex-wife's name. The only answer I get is that the incentive payment has to be paid. Well, I don't have $9700 to do that. I am also unemployed and did not show any income verification to be approved for the loan. How does a bank loan me money without showing proof of income? The income I stated was my wife's at the time. The loan should be in her name. She lives in the house and she makes the payments. This doesn't seem like a good business practice to loan unemployed people money. I'm a veteran and I can't work, so I have to rely on my ex-wife to keep making the payments so she doesn't affect my credit. As long as Dividend keeps getting their payments that's all you care about right? Make this right. This shouldn't have to affect someone's life like this. This sounds like a setup from the beginning. "We don't know if you can afford this loan but we'll give it to you anyways. We'll get our money no matter what, and your credit will deteriorate." Is that your mission statement?

      They just stated the same information that I am already aware of. The whole point of this complaint is to try and solve the predicament that I am in. Why is there no remedy for my situation? I obviously would not of signed this insane contract if I knew my wife wanted a divorce a month later. Once again this is a terrible way that they do business. They obviously don't care about their customers when they are in a financial crisis. I didn't receive the tax credit on my own, therefore I can't pay the incentive payment! The income that was stated was my ex-wife's income. I'm a disabled veteran, I don't work, and I don't have over $9,000 just sitting around to pay the company to get the loan out of my name. This is insane. This is a terrible business.

      Date of the ********************** was from a phone call that i received over the weekend. The amount of money you paid to the business: $1,526.60, payments stopped in October. payment were being taken out on the 28th each month. What the business committed to provide you: save money on my electric bill each month with the solar panels. Estimated savings over $235 per month by claiming i would be having a $15/month bill versus $250 or more. but yet i am still getting billed in the amount of $420-550 in electric/utility cost. with no helping in reducing the cost.What the nature of dispute is: i was misinformed throughout the process and was not given the full story of how this program work. Only to come across various third party people/companies/or organizations etc.. Where no one can give me a solid answer, impossible to reach or get a return call from anyone..no one knows who did what or whos in charge etc. as if i got scam by some leasing company or so that tricks people into giving up their homes or locking them into a contract they cannot get out of and they are stuck into the end results ... I was trick into a $80k plus loan somehow and no is trying to help me.. I have tried countless time to get someone to remove the panels but nothing has been done an i still continue to get threats and calls on fradulent services and/or company. I have called and tried but still have not gotten anywhere , no follow-up etc. But contiue to get the phone calls and harassment of making payments and what could happen if ths goes on... Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: no . Account/Order/Tracking Number: l23-tx-0416913 is the loan # from the paperwork i was finally given. If the issue involves advertising, when and where the ad was seen or heard internet /online/web advertising the ******************** you'll get by going solar via free based in ***** per zip or rather these were free via ***** government. +

      Since December of *********************************************** their system, I have contacted ******************************** emailed twice with no response. They just repeat that ***** Fargo has a stop payment on them and is charging them a fee.I have talked to ***** Fargo phone teller and loss prevention 3 times and each time they have said they do not have a hold payment on Dividend. I called Dividend and explained this and I just get the repeated answer, and have reset ACH multiple times with them just to get the same result. I even arranged with ***** Fargo to do a three-way call so they could tell Dividend this directly, but Dividend did not want to do the call.Dividend only takes payment through ACH and back card, I do not have a bank card, have never needed one in 15 past years. I have asked my back to issue a card that I don't want our use to try again to work around Dividends issue, I do not want to pay the the *** and Late fees, some of these show up 3 times in one day

      I am rejecting this response because: ********** has been willing to get on the phone and conferance them in to inform them that they have no hold on this account, they refuse to have this meeting on 3 separate conversation. I was told by thier reps that a supervisor would have to get in contact with me, which has been requested three time with no follow up from the supervisors.

       

      I will ask ********** again to provide a letter, they stated they dont do that, yet stated they could have a conferance meeting to let the the company trying to draft the *** that there is no stop payments attached to my account.

      On 07/24/2023, the loan was made for $43,174.60, for solar panels. the salesman and Dividend solar Finance, said the *** would be reimbursing me $12, 900, and i was to send this money to them as soon as i filed my taxes and refund. They also said that 2023 would be the last year the US government would be offering this. Well, I didnt get $12,900 from the ***, i only received $635. When I called them to let them know i didnt get the $12,900, it was not their problem. My balance at that time was $43,455.16, with me making payments of $164/month. I requested for this $635 to be applied to the principal only. I was told that it would only go towards the interest, accured, my balance being $43,455.13, this was on or about 2/12/2024. I had already mailed the check on that same day.that was the day day i found out that i owed more than i had borrowed. to whom it may concern, i do not know how to upload documents. i can mail copies. i do not lie, either. I can bring the documents to the ***************** I have never had a finance company not let me pay extra on the principal.i cannot tell anyone how let down I am , at the age of 72.5. I feel that this company is a ***** *** will be paying them til the day I die, & my children will be left with this ****-off. Thank you for your time.

      I purchased solar from the now bankrupt power Home Solar/Pink Energy. I have been trying to get these panels off of my roof for almost 3 years as they do not work not have they ever worked as promised. As the HOLDER of the loan, they are responsible for any & all warranty work etc. I have yet to be connected with a provider to address my issues. They deferred payments to give me time to find someone but no one will help. I am paying for a $65k hunk of trash on my roof that never provided the 80% coverage of my electric bill as promised. I told them I get about a $6 avg credit off my bill. No they want me to sign for the higher payment (I already did 2 years ago to GET the deferment for a few mos & refuse to resign) They told me "too bad" and continue to call me every day, all hours of the day. They knew the issues based on complaints yet continued to loan on this company. They are a predatory lender & continue to finance solar projects all over the US paying prior to jobs being completed & have yet to give me the "completion date & disbursement of date" It took me over a year to get a copy of my loan BUT it was modified with the 80% guarantee taken out, that I read on the tablet when I signed for it. I have so far continued to pay the original lower amount for a system THEY know never worked. I want my loan cancelled & per the contract, they can repo the panels with an appt & when I am home. As the HOLDER of the loan, they have done nothing. They are a predatory lender.

      2-It MAY function but not at the 80% I was promised on the contract I signed in the tablet as I questioned 80% vs 100% and apparently they had to allow for "winter and cloudy days" The copy I finally received from Dividend 2 years later had the 80% guarantee missing? Later I found out that Dividend told Power Home/Pink that had to be removed prior from the paperwork however it appears mine MAY have been altered as what I received is not what I signed. This info came from a former PHS sales person

      3-Generac said it functions & will not send anyone out. It FUNCTIONS but not at the capacity I purchased it at, please see above

      4-I pay both a full power bill minus the few dollars I get back AND my solar payment. I can not find anyone to make it work as promised as no one will touch it. 

      5- My resolution options remain the same.

      I have been scammed both by PHS/Pink and Dividend for being party to them by continuing to lend to them despite the issues you are & have been aware of 

       

      Any communication to me MUST be in email, I will no longer accept calls from Dividend.

      1- I have to get copies of my power bill to prove to you that I am not getting the minimum 80% as sold to me. I just saw this email & my i-net has been spotty due to the high winds in my area. I will have to get these this week & will submit to prove to you I am NOT getting the coverage promised. I have emailed these numerous time to various "Customer svc" folks at **********************.

      2- I HAVE called ******** & they never call back and I repeat there are NO Generac folks that will COME OUT and look at my system. All they do is look at it electronically & say it's "working" & they are "Sorry" but they can not be responsible for the "sales guy" 

      3- Thousands of us are in the same boat with no recourse, I am filing for me. Once I provide proof, then what? Will my system be fixed or my loan cancelled? I stand by I want these panels removed & the loan cancelled.

      I financed replacement windows with Dividend a ******** of ***************** From the first payment, I have had problems. First, they were taking 2 auto draft payments out per month. They also kept charging late fees because the second draft was not available. I finally got the second auto payment stopped after several months. Dividend would not give me a refund for the *** fees. They also charged me for late fees . I have not been charged on the bank account used. So, I started using Cash App with exactly the payment amount. I paid it on or before the due date and still got charged a *** fee. All the fees are going to Dividend and little is making it to the principal. The amount of the loan is $16,751.00. The interest is 6.99% Loan date is 4/05/2023. As of January we have a balance of $16,258.77 That means I have only paid the loan down by $492.23 in 9 months. I don't think this is correct. At this rate, I will Never pay off this loan. Thank you for your help in this matter.

      Dividend Finance and FIFTH third bank continue to ignore my requests for appropriate documents concerning the loan contract with them. per my last complaint, I noted that there are documents which were Forged and notarized without my knowledge. dividend responded saying there are no notarized documents regarding the solar loan, despite there being evidence of said documents which are recorded in my county clerk records. they also responded saying they don't have to notify me about the Lien they placed on my home, when in actual fact they do. It is required by ******* law Statute chapter ******. they Violated the law...again.Dividend also continue to respond to complaints by mailing sloppy printouts of important Documents with half the words cut off on the sides and pages missing. They also noted to me in the last letter that they may not respond again. They also continue to ignore calls, emails. yet are holding me responsible for a loan for solar panels that:(a) were installed illegally w/o permits (b) have never been operational (c) damage to my home from installation. (d) never actually signed Loan agreement. They continue to ignore state laws. They continue to hold us hostage to a fraudulent loan.They continue to ignore EVIDENCE of their criminal acts. They continue to ignore their consumers demands for documents. I have spoken to my HOA, my city, former employees of VS and my state Attorney General. I have also contacted Law enforcement and the Notary on the Documents who informed me, she was pressured into giving her stamp over and it was mailed back and forth to various departments to be used on documents. documents that Dividend deny exist. but they do exist. Also the actual cost of Panels 32 x $179 = $5760 making the total cost less than $10k and Dividend trying to charge me $47k proving they are a scam. The evidence and Testimonies are against them and they can choose to do what is right or we can keep going in this circle.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I never even signed a loan contract with Dividend to begin with. I called them right at the beginning to inform them of this and they continue to hold me to a fradulent loan. 

      they paid their contractors in advance, before work was complete. 

      they are withholding documents. 

      my panels have never been operational. 

      They continue to Lie and ignore state laws. 

      They deny any notorized documents.  despite those documents being recorded in county clerk records. 

      They illegally placed a lien without notifying me, despite ******* law stating they should have. 

      Their contact was FRAUD from its FORMATION.

      Release me from the loan and take back their panels, fix my roof. The choice is theirs, but they will not be getting any money from me for a fradulent loan or Solar panels that don't work.
