Sundae made it easy to sell our house. ******* came to the house on July 23 and everything was closed by August 23rd. We didnt have to worry about showing the house to potential buyers or making updates. This was huge for us because the house had been in the family for almost 50 years and needed quite a bit of upgrading. Thank you, ******* and Sundae for making the process easy.Review from Nita F

***** at Sundae was amazing. She answered all of my questions and also let me know what to look for if I meet with other companies. I could text her any question and she would reply. Once we moved forward the process was organized and easy. Sundae took the stress out of selling my property and allowed me to focus on relocating. They delivered what they promised and then some. My wife and I cannot speak highly enough of the overall, positive experience with Sundae. From the very beginning of our relationship, Sundae was able to guide us through the bidding, selling, and closing process with a professionalism and customer service second to none. Our ******************** contact person, ***************************, was a pleasure to work with, as she answered any of our questions promptly and proactively communicated our concerns to Escrow and the Closing Division....always with a patience, pathos, and smile on her face. We are grateful that we were able to sell our home expeditiously and at a competitive price, without any of the headaches of renovation projects, supervision of contractor teams, open houses, and contingent sales. ******** and ********** also capably and professionally walked us through closing and escrow with aplomb and we were able to close quickly without any dint of disruption. I cannot say enough good things about Sundae. It was a pleasure working with **** and her team: *** and ****** and probably others behind the scene. **** held my hand through the process and was very clear about everything.
