I order 2 pairs of jeans one black one blue and 2 shirts on 05/17/2024 they have not sent me an order number or information containing my purchase the company took ***** of my debit card. I will not do business with this company again

Ordered a 5XL based on the size chart. They sent an XS. The fabric is like sandpaper. Garbage.

If you order something from them and they send you the wrong product. I repurchased something that I purchased from the same person. When I received it the color was totally wrong. They wouldn't refund me. Instead they sent me a return label which you have to pay for your own shipping. I downloaded the label and took the product with the label to the post office and it would not scan. The product often times does not look like the picture and the return is on you. You write customer services and they have 10 people answering you. It takes forever for you to receive you product. If you have wish points at checkout but decide to add something to your card you automatically lose your points. This company is a ripoff. If you need something inexpensive buy from ***** or Temu. At least if you have to return something they will send you a pre paid return label. Don't waste your time or money with this company. It will be a waste and 97% of the time the size is wrong, the color or the picture does not line with the product you see online.

They lie,you can't talk to anyone and its the same sh.. Everyday .they have fake messages .same president sincerely were sorry estimated money back garentee as excuses why they don't have to pay attention to us .communication is number one .now they want me to ***** after the twenty fourth of this month .today is due date where's my stuff why so long October 27 was a long time ago wish lies..***** longer .as least say you were robbed instead of lying to customers something .don't ignore speak doggy speak

Wish is a pure rip off! You cant talk to customer support via phone. To no avail, you cant get anywhere with them thru their website! Thought Id give them another try, they screwed up my order! Dont order from wish!

Orders entered to wrong address. Within a few minutes noticed that my old address was used. I quickly corrected it and now it's being sent to wrong address and they keep giving me info on how to change address mid shipmen I think. The information is useless and they refuse to give me my money back.

I decided to give Wish another chance after the pandemic nightmare and they were offering a flat rat shipping deal .I was looking for coils for my vape and they had one listing that was popping up after scrolling down it kept appearing, it was for individual coils.each one was on sale for $.05 cents each and thought I would order a 20 each variety and $2.99 I couldnt go wrong. Well that was short lived.I got a notification that my items shipped and the seller combined everything into one package so they could save shipping costs and thought its still a great deal.The package arrived and was smaller than expected seeing how it should have contained 310 pieces. I looked at the writing on packaging to see if it was correct it was marked as nuts and bolts probably to subvert customs and taxes.I opened and found 11 items inside.I contacted support they asked for a list of what I received and photos and I sent them a few days later without explanation they refunded 19 items , I messaged again and got the same exact message and same exact response and refund.I messaged again and stressed that I wanted the remaining items or money and felt like they shouldve had the seller involved with the resolution if there actually was one!I was asked again to provide a list and photos , I said I have multiple times but clearly nobody reads the actual problem and if the seller could give me photos and a list of what they packed As of now its been 6 days since Ive had a response.I truly believe they are just using consumer money to gain intrest and the product doesnt exist its not the first time theyve held my money for over a month and told me the product was sold out .They are deceptive and predatory and should have their website blocked in the ***

They have been collecting money and not sending the product that has been ordered

Much improved business. Recent order (in May) came in 1.5 weeks, had package damaged but who cares. All items as described, all worked, and was extremely affordable. No need to buy from a middle man off ****** or ***** get it straight from the source at Wish.

Wish tried to charge my card $1,152.44 this morning. Thank God my bank declined it.Now I call that BAD BUISNESS PRACTICES, FRAUD AND STRAIT ** **** *** **
