I bought a purse from Dolls Kill and the stitching broke upon the very first time using it. It was handled gently - the item was just poor quality. Dolls Kill refused to refund me for the item. A second travel bag was purchased and the stitching has come undone on it, as well.Low quality items at high prices.Review from Cherie S

They sent me a bat bong that you cant clean with alcohol with no warning that using alcohol would take the bat designs off. I only got ***** back & they wouldnt refund me. Pretty lame!! I cant even review the product to warn other customers.Review from Lela B

Products are not of good quality, no matter how expensive it is. If you need to return or get your money back it's a ******. After jumping through all their hoops they only give you store credit(whether you like it or not). I've been a customer for years hoping this company would get better with time but it has only gotten worse. I will gladly tell others to not even bother with this POS company. Bought a dress that arrived ripped. Company only offered a credit of the cost of the dress but not shipping and I would have had to pay for return shipping. Initiated a chargeback with my credit card and the company told them I was offered a full refund of my money, contrary to the screenshots I provided. At this point I was not able to return the ripped item at all since it was out of the 30 day period. Their clothes are very cheaply made and customer service is non-existent.Review from Diana A

A scam! Dont buy from this company. I bought an item which was returned, I then used the gift card provided to buy another item since they dont believe in refunding directly to your bank. The second item never arrive and was returned to shipper. When asked why it was returned customer service said the address provided was incorrect, mind you it was the same address they delivered the first item to. When I asked for another gift card as I never received the second item they only gave me $40 due to shipping being $10. What shipping fee? Both items had been shipped with no shipping charge. There seems to be no phone number to get a hold of anyone so Ive been going back and forward with one person over email who doesnt understand the situation even after I had sent screenshots of everythingReview from ShyAnn S

Had place an order and waited one month for it to be delivered to the wrong address Im assuming, then got in contact with customer service and they reshipped my order and said someone has to sign for it, waited 10 days and it said it was delivered to the wrong address again. Tried contacting **** FedX and the postal service and they all said they didn't ship it so I gave up.Review from Alexander V

I ordered a jacket, when it arrived the package was half opened and the coat was dirty. The coat had stains on it and glitter so I reported it. Once I reported it they asked me to keep the DIRTY jacket and they would offer me a gift card for 50% of my order on my next purchase. I gladly declined and said no I wanted the same jacket just a new one and I would appreciate a discount be provided for my inconvenience and which they declined after going back and forth for 2 weeks. It would be days before the representative but the name of ***** got back to me. Then she tried to say the jacket comes like that which it does not. Terrible customer service and I would never ever give them my money again.Review from Natalie B

Honestly terribly first time purchasing experience. I placed two orders one day apart and the second order arrived just fine but the first order never arrived. I contacted Dolls Kill and they refused to help and told me to file a claim with my postal service which, it should be noted, has never lost a package (including the Dolls Kill order made a day later) in my four years at this address. 1/2 of orders arriving safely is an awful track record. I will not be ordering from this company again and would advise others to avoid as well.
