Paid for credentialing services. Was told it would take around 90 days to credential with 6 insurance companies. They started working on credentialing in April 2023. They successfully only credentialed 3 insurance companies. Failed to send updates and keep in contact with us. Made excuses why we havent been credentialed with the other 3 insurances. They made multiple submission mistakes applying with insurances. Since we could not get a straight answer from Numina, we spent countless hours calling the leftover insurance companies ourselves and finalized credentialing with 2 of the 3 left. The 2 insurance companies we finalized told us they reached out to Numina, who failed to reply which is why it took so long. Now we have one final insurance company left to credential with and the insurance company notified us that Numina applied for our credentialing for the wrong facility type and had closed their application window. We sent multiple complaints to the vice ********** ******************** who fails to call ** back and give ** a straight answer and fix the issue. We have asked for a refund which ***** agreed he could work on.
