Me and my company decided to do subcontract Grand View Research for a market study and they charged an initial deposit of $2000.00 on my credit card to start the work. They then billed the full amount of fees to my company which paid them. However they were supposed to charge the full amount - $2000.00. Essentially for the last 2 months I have gotten the run around that my $2000.00 will be paid back to me as they have received the full amount from my company. I am still waiting on my $2000.00 refund to my credit card.Business response

Apologies for the delay, we had to gather up all the information.
The FTI Consulting Case Study file documents the situation. We acknowledge and wish we could have processed this refund sooner, but since it was based on an overpayment from the original transaction, that complicated matters on our side to identify the situation.
We perhaps took longer than everyone would have liked, but we did get the client their money back.
Weve asked if they would remove their complaint, but were not sure what else we can do.
Any guidance you can provide?
