    I have scheduled several times through this app and each time hours after the shifts aren't there. I was told once I pick up a shift if the company changes it's I still get paid for the shift. Please have someone contact me asap.

    When looking into the shifts you placed a hold on to book, it looks like you did not confirm and fully assign yourself to the shift. Once you place a hold on the shift, you have 15 minutes to confirm and book. Moving forward, when placing the hold please ensure you are fully confirming and booking the shifts.

    My jobs keep getting cancelled through instawork due to my checkr background supposedly still in process but I have uploaded that my background through checkr was already completed and approved because I would not be able to complete my assignments if the process was not completed. Ive reached out to support a they told me to wait 5 days an it should clear. Nothing has been done about this. I contacted other associates on the platform and they have not had any issues booking shifts An its been like this for a month Im still not able to book shifts they just cancel right before the shift starts

    I was working a contract for ******** when I was offered a permanent position to which I had to decline due to safety and health hazard violations, at which point the onset.Captain ***** decided to walk up on me like he was going to hit me. I professionally removed myself and was retaliated against by intawork changing my access to shifts

    My Instawork profile was wrongfully deactivated due to an emergency/diagnosis. I became ill while working at the *****************, and was visibly throwing up in the kitchen before being sent home by coaches. I received no follow up or check in and have been in deactivated standing ever since. It seemed like everybody cared in person but I was able to see that Instawork didnt really care about me in that moment.I contacted support and was told to send in documentation, which I immediately did. I never received a response. When I followed up later, I was told nothing had been received and the support chat was abruptly closed. Since then, Ive been stuck in a cycle of repeating myself, being passed between agents, and getting nowhere. Its been incredibly frustrating and **************** make things worse, the remaining shifts after that were canceled by the business, not by me yet I was penalized for this. I showed up through all of the disorganization, covered my own parking costs before reimbursements were in place, navigated unclear processes, and did everything asked of me. But the moment I got sick and followed protocol, I was removed without further communication or care.I also want to raise a separate but equally important issue that occurred at a Honeywell shift. During this assignment, I experienced rude and inappropriate comments from an older worker. I reported the incident to Instawork and the manager on site and was instructed to leave for my safety which I did but I was still marked negatively for the shift. This was another situation where I did everything right and was assured it would be handled, only to be left with no ************* this point, it feels like I was picked out for speaking up and doing the right thing has only worked against me. Its deeply hurtful to feel ignored, dismissed, and penalized for issues completely beyond my control especially when Ive consistently tried to follow instructions and communicate professionally.

    I am rejecting this response because I was rejected by the business due to me being In the hospital. Once asked to provide that I did. I also sent in a letter about a job I felt unsafe at due to harassment from a man and you guys said that it has been taking care of so how is that still on my profile?? Why wasnt my health information accepted but was ask to send that on?? Why do you guys keep sending in the same automated response and not reading my actual issue. These are inaccurate incidents that you are speaking about. I appealed this and got the run around for year.

    Not what it says it will do. I met all the requirements for a forklift job. but I never heard anything from anyone, I applied or accepted this job more than once ....Nothing...in fact, it still says "application in review" but the job ended! The link in the app that says, "Congrats, you can start booking shifts now."- does not take you to booking shifts, it takes you to a page that says, " Maximize your earnings on Instawork."-This company seems like a scam just to get your personal information. ..plus there is no way to contact an actual person, just A.I. which just repeats the information. There's nothing "Insta" about this if you're looking for work. The claim this company makes in finding "Insta" work, from my experience.....is false.

    I am rejecting this response because: The response didn't answer, address, or remedy anything I said or alleged. 

    Response was information I already know. The issue was not being able to upload my certificate....the issue was not that I am able to apply for a forklift position.  I am not sure who read my statement but perhaps it would be best if the company's attorney read the statement and explain it to them.

    My account was deactivated while I was working a shift. I never no showed or was late with high ratings and favorited by businesses also participated in coach calls and on call work with a invite to shift lead opportunities so to have my account deactivated took me by surprise, when I believe to have broken no rules. Punished for picking up paid back up shifts that cancelled with no notice before hand.Punished for picking up a shift while on a shift during my unpaid break with no notice before hand.

    I have a life threatening health condition, I have epilepsy. While having multiple seizures my spouse canceled my shift around the time it was supposed to begin. He informed support of the issue and also told them who he was. The suspended my account indefinitely because I couldnt drive to work while having seizures. I advised them after the fact of the *** **** that protect me as an Adult with a disability. They refused my doctors note and threw me away.

    Request for Accountability

    I am rejecting this response due to serious concerns about the conduct and qualifications of your staff. It is my belief that proper training should have ensured they were aware that their actions were not only inappropriate but potentially unlawful. As a result of these oversights, I have experienced significant hardshipfalling behind on bills, accumulating debt, and enduring a prolonged period of depression, all while already facing personal challenges.


    I placed my trust in your company to support professionals like myself who are certified and qualified to perform the work. Instead, I was subjected to treatment that disregarded both industry standards and basic fairness. The individuals tasked with screening candidates have, in my case, undermined my qualifications and ignored the documentation I provided.


    It is deeply disheartening to be told that I do not qualify for positions I trained and studied forparticularly by individuals who do not hold the same certifications. I have continued to invest in maintaining my credentials, only to see them disregarded by organizations that choose to prioritize unqualified opinions over professional merit.


    This experience has left me not only financially strained but also disillusioned with a system that seems to devalue the very standards it claims to uphold. I urge your company to review its hiring and screening practices to ensure fairness, legal compliance, and respect for the credentials of those who rely on your platform for their livelihoods.

    The issue Im experiencing: unpaid wages based on severe miscommunication. Issue #1: Yesterday, I was scheduled to work a 4hr shift. The shift lead asked if I could stay an extra 2 hours. I did, but when I was clocking out the app showed that I clocked out two hours before. I reached out to support, and was informed of what I needed to do. Send a picture of the time sheet Send shift lead contact information Adjust my hours via the app The problem? After your shift, the shift leads contact information is removed. The timesheet is not in my possession. Its not out in the open, its under the possession of whoever is responsible for signing us in/out. App was malfunctioning and wouldnt allow me to adjust my hours. I tried for hours and finally gave up and went to sleep. But I woke up to support closing my issue, stating that due to it being 12 hours after the shift, Im unable to adjust my time. Support has ignored all messages after closing without a solution. No compensation even though I worked. Issue #2: Showed up to my shift on time and ready to work. The problem? The company does not have my account information in their system, which means Im not able to work. If shifts are cancelled within 24hrs of the scheduled shift, Instawork employees are compensated for up to 4hrs (.5 of an 8hr shift) No response from support. No phone to call. Now, my shift attendance is damaged and I will likely be unable to have access to the majority of future shifts.
