I purchased a real olive tree last spring for $1500. The shipment was well into summer due to an infected batch of plants. I eventually received the plant and the leaves turned brown and began falling off on the second day. After about 3 days, the entire tree looked dead and was not taking water. I sent photos to them that week and expressed my concerns. They told me its normal bc it was moved from wear house to my house, and to follow up with them in a few weeks once they expected it to rebloom/grow. I emailed them another 2 times about this and asked for a refund. They said no, they dont do returns. After expressing my frustration, given it was a $1500 tree, they offered to give me a small discount on a future plant. Im extremely annoyed, as $1500 isnt cheap, and I have no use for this tree anymore. It didnt even last a whole week. I would very much appreciate a full refund.Initial Complaint
