One of the worst company I ever dealt with. I called them for my mom‘s house. She’s a senior and regards about her furnace acting up three weeks three different guys. Nothing happened after they put me on hold for another day for they could call me to make appointment. They know this is for a senior Person will have a problem in their house for their heater system still didn’t care. Nobody showed up nobody called. What is Shane?

This complaint is not warranted. We dispatched a technician on 11/29/22. ************** got the system running on a temporary repair and priced out repairs needed for a more permanent solution. The client declined our written proposal. Approximately 2 months later her son called and asked us to return to fix the system. Customer was reminded of the written quote, which needed to be accepted before our return. This was again declined. We never set an appointment time or a return visit. Customer called several days later and complained that we did not show up. Our owner explained that we had never set an appointment, and offered to send a technician out but the customer refused the offer and said he would hire another company.
