The app erased the hours l accumulated and l was not sent money l am due.The customer service personnel have not contacted me, despite several times l have tried to contact them.l left numerous messages. and got not response to resolve this situation.computers and apps need responsible people to ensure they are functioning, and they don't replace the need for people. l did not receive the money for time on 8/29/23.The facility has been trying to reach you as well, cause they want to schedule me.Customer response

Hi, I am calling about complaint number 20547808I got a notice saying that it was unanswered. This complaint was resolved on september 6th, well before the date of this letter. I just want to make sure that that is reflected on the profile. I left a voicemail about this last week. I do not know why I got this notice. I signed up with this company for services and ran in to difficulty processing paperwork. I have tried several times to get clarification. However, they have been unresponsive.Business response
