      Cannot get anyone to call me back. My renewal was processed wrong and it seems they have zero urgency to get it fixed. **** the supervisor has not given me a call back after several phone calls. I have spoken to no less than 5 different people at SimplyInsured and they all say a manager has it and will give me a call back. I have also emailed in an attempt to get more communication and still no responses. This is completely unacceptable especially when dealing with peoples health care. The only reason why I have to use them is because they are integrated into my payroll system.

      Awful. They made a duplicate account for me and bungled my *************** and invoicing. Very poor interaction and poor reflection on QuickBooks.

      If I could do a negative score, I would. Getting a hold of a supervisor is impossible. This company said our insurance was approved, yet it wasn't when we spoke to the insurance provider. Not only do they lie, but they also make every effort to not resolve your issues. You'd think QuickBooks would find a trusted insurance broker. This also makes QuickBooks look bad.

      Terrible customer service from start to finish. I ended up using SimplyInsured through Square and have regretted it at every step. **************** is non existent. It takes ***** to get a reply. WEEKS! And even then, the response is simply that they don't know how to do what I asked. From the very beginning when getting insurance set up, they'd ask for documents multiple times. Were unable to understand what they insurance company required to implement insurance and had no guidance in order to meet those requirements. I had to send documents multiple times. After, I needed them to provide access for me to pay my bill to the provider and again, they didn't know how to do that. So, the response was imply no response. Absolutely cannot recommend working with this company at all. Anyone else would be better.

      This might be the WORST online insurance broker on the planet. They have the WORST customer service. You cannot ever speak to a supervisor, and they seem to have no knowledge to help their customers when they have problems. DO NOT USE!

      We had 1 employee on Medical/Dental coverage through Regency with SimplyInsured and another on just dental and vision only. When our employee left employment I updated terminating them through quickbooks and this triggered SimplyInsured to cancel the medical coverage. I did not have to do anything. I then get a notice that they can't continue servicing dental/vision only plans without a medical policy. Nowhere in the email did it state that I had to cancel this plan and the employee contributions stopped. I assumed that I would be billed and refunded just like Regence did based on timing of billing and term date. Not until I phoned SimplyInsured April 18 did they reach out to UHC requesting cancelling coverage. They would not retro the coverage and return premiums and SimplyInsured indicated several times this was a UHC issue. This was not UHC issue this was SimplyInsured either not cancelling the plan as I was instructed or notifying me that I needed to do anything. So, I paid for coverage that my employee didn't even know she still had. I have two new employees and I will be shopping for coverage elsewhere. Especially after seeing the other negative review to BBB about very significant and costly errors on their part. I'm not willing to chance that. Please do your research and go with a broker that has a more positive track record. They told me that they cannot reimburse me as they are only a broker and never accepted responsibility. If they had I would have felt different as I understand human error but blaming some other company is in fact lying about what actually occurred.

      I have had a very similar experience to the other customer reviews from this year. We chose SimplyInsured as it seemed the most cost effective option for our small Non-Profit. We chose the Health, Dental, and Vision plans listed on their dashboard for 2023 in early December 2022. All employees were enrolled by early December. In early January, they started getting insurance cards for a plan they did not choose. I was then told the plan we chose was a 2022 plan, and no longer available in 2023, despite it being listed in the renewal process for 2023. Our new employees are still getting a Bronze plan card when they register, despite the SimplyInsured dashboard showing we're on a Silver plan, and many confirmations from SimplyInsured that we are on the Silver.The Dental and Vision still have not been enrolled, despite much back and forth in January/February. I honestly don't know what to tell my employees who are relying on having the correct health insurance, and having dental and vision at all.I've emailed weekly since the start of the year, and gotten on the phone with managers who have given me comfort that they were doing their best and would be in consistent communication with me as they resolved the issue. I now haven't heard from them in over a month, despite a handful of emails and countless time on calls trying to get to them. They are completely unresponsive to our needs and absolutely no help what so ever in getting any problems resolved. We will be switching carriers next year as this has been a total disaster and they've shown a complete lack of care for their customers. I highly recommend you look elsewhere. No cost is worth not getting the health plan you were presented, and then being completely ghosted after they acknowledge their shortcomings in something as simple as enrolling the organiztion in the plan they were presented with and chose. Beyond frustrating!

      Cannot express enough how awful this agency is. We were quoted a price and told it could change. It did. Understand. Then we applied, did everything as quickly as possible, as we were looking to have a new insurance policy begin at the start of the year. We were contacted by our insurance carrier to understand why we were cancelling the policy. They informed us it would be better to have policy changed by broker once change happened, and cancelling the policy could result in us not being covered. We notified agency, and asked them to move to changing policy instead. We were assured numerous times we could get the change effective date for the new policy for 1/1/23. We were told repeatedly throughout December they were waiting for a broker change from our insurance. They received that in November, along with our current cost for insurance. When January came, no new policy, and the entered the deductible for payroll incorrectly and after I had submitted and checked to see if they had entered the deductible. Payroll had deductions out twice. They stated the insurance rep never told them the price. Then it became we can't submit the request for a new policy until ins. tells us we can. They jerked us around for three months. Was told the rep on our case would be replaced. ********** wasn't. Was told a manager would follow up with us and personally reach out the ins. ******** never reached out to the rep or followed up with us. Spoke to our ins. rep, which agency was refusing to provide us information on (we are allowed to know and they said we weren't). Ins. rep confirmed broker change date, and no request to change the policy was submitted until 02/23. Ins. Rep also confirmed that had they received an actual change request they could have granted it, as they only received an email asking for information there was nothing they could do. AVOID AT ALL COST. Agency doesn't care once they have the contract.

      I strongly caution against using SimplyInsured for your dental insurance needs. Despite their connection to QuickBooks, their web portal misrepresented my coverage benefits and has left me with thousands of dollars in unexpected costs. The lack of accuracy and attention to detail is unacceptable and it's clear that they do not have the customer's best interest in mind.My experience with SimplyInsured has been nothing short of a nightmare. The stress, frustration, and financial burden they have caused me is unacceptable and I regret my decision to choose them. I would not recommend them to anyone and urge others to look for alternative options.In conclusion, SimplyInsured is a disaster and a poor choice for dental insurance. Do not let their connection to QuickBooks fool you, they will leave you with nothing but regret.

As a broker, SimplyInsured does not provide insurance we only assist to facilitate access to coverage options. The carrier and their underwriting team ultimately write and issue coverage. We are working on your behalf with the carrier to get a clear understanding of your coverage and the reason for denial by their authorization department so that we can provide that information to you.

      This company deserves 0 stars. They are not brokers! They have no knowledge of insurance rules and regulations. We have tried to apply with differs carriers and the reality is they only offer 1 carrier, united health care. (your Doctors dont take them.Trust me.)You apply with the other carriers and `technical error` has been the word. In my opinion, I think they are in bed with united healthcare. This has happened two years in a row. Do not waste time year you will regret it and even lose employees. I have lost 8 employees after promising them good insurance. Contact the insurance directly or find Brokers online that will get you what you need. When we applied with BCBS,BCBS never responded and they forced us to renew with united healthcare. I had no choice. This year I applied on November 7 with Harvard Pilgrim.I Called every week to check on the status just make sure they dont s**** me over. They told me application submitted waiting from carrier. And now today(Dec 27) I got an email stating `we were not able to submit your group through the Harvard Pilgrim Portal, due to a technical error, and they have no other alternative ways to submit new groups.`Its three days until enrollment deadline. I called Harvard Pilgrim Directly and the gave me a quote and I filled out paperwork all within 48 hours.You will lose good employees, just contact the companies Directly or find a broker online
