            I received a notice that EMPOWER THRIVE LINE OF CREDIT was unable to debit utilizing my method of payment on file because it does not work with their system. I kept getting instructions on how to add an account to pay with the app, but it does not work. I was advised the payment is late. It is only one day late by the way, and that I had 89 days to pay it before it was turned over for collection. I have asked all day for the mailing address to pay it in full and I keep getting the run around about paying on the app which will not take my payment. I also tried to pay by phone, but they said they cannot take a payment over the phone. I would like their mailing address, or some means other than the app to settle my account. Thank you for your help in this matter.
