    Ticketweb has stolen $200 from me. I paid for 2 events, 1 for 5/12 and one for 5/27. The withdrew the money on 3/6 and 5/1. I have not received my tickets, not confirmations (as I did last year when I used their site). They are not responding to my email requests. Their phone says they are closed EVERY DAY AT EVER TIME I CALL DURING THEIR STATED BUSINESS HOURS. I have provided my contact information on the "request" form, my used payment method and screen shots of the bank transactions and they will not respond. They ignored being tagged on ******** and my ******** message as well. As one event is about to pass, they apparently have no intention of responding to me, refunding me OR giving me the tickets I paid for. I used debit, so I might have to eat this fraud of theirs. I will NEVER purchase from them again. I have attended 35 events in 2 years and this is the ONLY time I have had any issues whatosoever. BOTH with Ticketweb. I will share this story as far and wide as I can so others can be aware of their unethical practices and thievery.

    Received the tickets with no section or seats printed on the tickets. We dont even know if these are legitimate tickets. Contact the customer service, stated that they are final sale. No refund. They never response back to my email regarding about section and seats information. Will never use their site ever again.

    I tried to call Ticketweb to find out if I had to print my tickets before spending $150 on 2 tickets. The recording said no one is available to take my call @ this time.I'm not available to purchase concert tickets from them. There are other available entertainment options that are much less expensive.

    We bought tickets for a performance by ******************* at a hole in the wall. Should have cost a total of $40 each plus $9 for the processing fee, for a total of about $100. Instead we were billed on our credit card $235 for general admission in a bar for a somewhat obscure musician who does not sell out.

    I bought tickets online. They sent me tickets with someone elses name and credit card information. I tried contacting them no reply. I was charged fir the tickets but they didnt work. Im disputing the charges with my credit card and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
