      I was just e signing an application for insurance. Upon signing, i was sent over to Docu Sign and presented with monthly bill statements etc. I immediately tried to find a phone number, to complain and cancel this. None found. Tried talking to the robot chat giving me impossible to follow instructions. After 2-3 hours, of unbelievable frustration, I hunted down a real person to straighten this mess out that i didn't ask for and was totally blindsided by. They even went so far as to block my saving of my documents on my own computer! I have registered a complaint with my insurance company about using this service.

      Scam. They make it impossible to cancel a subscription They give you a runaround on the phone. They also dont speak good English

      My roommate was just charged $522 on his card for overdraft fees (even though he only used 10 envelopes), after he removed authorization for his card for his subscription for DocuSign. The very next day he's hit with a $522 charge, and he was told that he'd be issued a full refund by a customer representative. One-week later, sure enough, no refund. He called back and has been on the phone for the last four hours, repeating the same simple request to speak to someone from the billing department who could explain why he was charged such an ridiculous amount of money, on a card that he had already removed access to. Watching him suffer has made me annoyed enough to take time out of my day to rip on that trash bin of a company called DocuSign.

      DocuSign will not follow-through with your request for cancellation of their subscriptions via chat. Instead they ignore the situation and "gift" you free sends instead. However, I thanked them and still requested a cancellation to which they did not process. They did not tell me they would send an email for cancellation, nor did I receive any such email (I check my Junk mail multiple times per day). They will do absolutely everything to not remedy the situation by reimbursing you for services that should have been cancelled. I would like to say this has only happened once, but this is now twice for me. Great business model. Poor customer service, and I guess I'll know better from now on.

      Terrible company. Charged me $480 for the annual plan, for something I'd used maybe 3x. Refused to refund, even prorated for a prepaid service. That's outright stealing. If you complain, they'll direct you to their "refund policy." And then say sorry. I told *******, "You're not sorry. That's just something you're saying."Too bad I didn't read these reviews first.

      Docusign customer service is literally impossible to navigate and I have an advanced degree. i signed up, realized I didn't need a paid account asked for a refund and got NO response from Docusign.

      DocuSign assists free users to defraud unsuspecting customers, when you report this activity, DocuSign hangs up. Typical ************* technical procedure. I have the email headers to prove DocuSign is assisting with the fraud and when I try to expose them, they just hang up.

      DocuSign is the worst company ive ever dealt with in my life. They charged my card hidden fees in the total amount of $81.00. While they agreed to do a partial refund of $41.09, they suspended my account and state that I am left with an overdue balance of $21.00! So in total, for 31 days of service, I was charged $165, for a standard service priced at $45. On top of all that, they refuse to send me a receipt or invoice for proof of transaction! This company will cost you time, stress, and money. DocuSign has absolutely earned this review, along with all the others here on bbb.

      DocuSign has great software. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for their ethics and customer service. They billed me without informing me that the monthly subscription had been changed from previous times I used the software, so they took my money from PayPal and then informed me when I requested a refund that DocuSign does not do refunds for monthly users. Really! Good bye and account closed!Be careful and read all of the fine print.

      Even though I marked unsubsidized for free trial I was charged $72 repeatedly on my debit card that was used in the transaction for which Docusign offered their services. When the $72 payment was declined by my bank they locked the account so I could not pull it back up. This happened with 2 other accounts when I did not realize it was Docusign- just thinking it was part of the requirements for the site I was using. Now have no access to any of those sites.
