    Today I looked at my bank account seem a charge that was suspicious so I looked into it more come to find they were charging me from October 2024 to recent 10. 95 I call them and they said we put in our email and we registered with them I do remember trying to renew my registration and that's how they got my information I asked for a refund and they told me they could only pay me back four months not happy I feel that we should get refunded from 2024 so now we don't have an account with them

    To explain further, the service allows you to check your vehicle registration status online, and set reminders for up to five vehicles of your vehicle registration expiration and your vehicle service due date. It also gives you access to our cost-saving tools, full vehicle reports and special offers. This was activated on the website (*********************************) with the email address *************************************.

    Access to the service is a $10.95 monthly fee which is for access to full vehicle information for vehicles added, critical alert reminders, ********** locator and websites, registration fee information, electric charging locations, bill of sale templates, and so much more.

    Please be informed that our website does not have any affiliations with any state ***, or government office, for that matter. We do provide links to the state DMV websites where you can pay for your vehicle registration renewal.

    We would not normally apply any further refunds as under the Company Policy, only the last subscription fee would be eligible, regardless of service usage amount. You can find further information regarding the legal Terms and Conditions of an activated and verified account here: *********************************account/terms. Please consider this as the contract agreed upon as advised on the page.

    However, in light of your concern, we have agreed on this occasion to extend the refund policy to cover an additional 5 months for you as a gesture of goodwill, despite the feature to renew registrations being available via the service. Please note, the account has been refunded minus the first month's fee, due to the account being verified. You should receive this within 5-10 business days, depending on your banking provider.

    Also, I can confirm that your account has already been canceled on 7/8/2025, and you will not receive any further charges or messages from us.

    I some how, only now, noticed a charge on my April **** statement in the amount of $10.95. I pulled up the website my statement showed and it was linked to AMVSonline. I called them to find out what this was because I do not recall anything with this company. The representative proceeds to tell me that I had a subscription with them since November 2024. When I told him I did not subscribe he blew that off so I told him 'well then I want it cancelled!' Supposedly he canceled it, but my point is, this is obviously a scam that I have been being billed for 7mths now! This company needs to be investigated! Thank you ******

    Starting in January we have been billed by AMVSonline *******, ******* $10.95. it seems to be tied to an auto diagnostic plug in tool we have had for years without any monthly charge. I am sure that inflation has caused additional costs, but I did not sign up for a monthly fee when I bought the FIX ID plug in tool for my car all those years ago.. Nor do I know how they got my ****** credit card number to begin charging me.

    Same issue as previous complainants. This business continues to deceive and relies on errors made by the user. Nowhere does the company indicate it is not associated with the Division of Motor Vehicles. Further, the scam continues by disclaiming their part in the deception and blaming the user who entered the info. I have cancelled the credit card I used because I cannot trust they will not sell or use my credit card info illegally. ******.

    I thought I was on the Nevada DMV online registration renewal site and followed all the prompts to renew my registration only to discover after inputting my credit card I was not on the actual NV DMV website. I have emailed them to cancel immediately and am filing this complaint after seeing all the other people who were scammed the same way in ** and Mich. The webssite is clearly designed to make people think they are renewing their registration with the **** Note: both my credit and debit card were flagged as suspicious and I had to call the bank to be able to pay for my groceries. The credit and banking industry are a already alert to this companies deceptive practices.

    Well, for starters, I made the mistake of not looking at the ***'s website found on the paperwork sent in the mail for my mother in law's registration renewal ****************** She is elderly so she had asked me to pay for her dues. I did a quick search on ****** and ran into this business. I too have been charged the $10.95 like many others here. I do not recall any such membership fee mention. Before I knew it, my credit card got charged. I NEED my refund of $10.95. I don't want anything to do with company. I don't want any of their services. I have already gone ahead and closed the account.
