I would love to leave zero stars so Im giving them 1 star. I didnt want to renew my subscription to the Klinio app. Even though I thought I had canceled my subscription, I was charged a $60 renewal fee. Klinio refused to reverse the charge. I took up with PayPal, their third party merchant + my credit card company. I was unable to get my money back. Look them up online. They do this as regular practice. They are corrupt and shady.Review from Viv L

Zero stars. I stopped using this service after 2 weeks. I thought I had canceled but apparently didn't and just got notice of an automatic renewal. When I went to cancel and review their policies, they stated that to cancel you must notify them 48 hours before automatic renewal. The problem is, I never received notice of that renewal. If that is their policy, I consider this bad business. Most any service that I subscribe to has a notification procedure. I would not recommend anyone use this app for that purpose. There are other similar apps out there that have better business practices.Review from Anthony Z

I cannot leave a 0, so there is a 1-star review.The business uses predatory tactics to take consumers money.They dont notify users of upcoming renewals and there is a lack of options for refunds for a grace ****** after the fee is placed.Review from Constance P

Kilo.health automatically charged me via PayPal for auto renewal of Cardi Health app. I contacted customer service by email to cancel and refund ASAP. They replied that I needed to respond 48 hrs before renewal. Problem is, they never sent me an email about upcoming renewal! I stopped using the app less than a month after signing up. It was not interactive with my Apple Watch or Fitbit and I had to enter health information manually like a physical diary. Meanwhile, Cardi Health never checked to monitor how I was doing. Their emails were only to sell a separate ** monitor that connects with the app. It was after I cancelled I was told that I can connect to my Apple Health app! Useless app. Terrible service. I also had a recurring charge that I was unaware of. I requested a cancellation and refund. I was also told that they could not refund my money even though I told them the day of the charge itself.Review from Toni S

You have horrible customer service! Was charged ****** looked up price for the app at *****, contacted customer service and was told that ***** from time to time can raise their subscription price! What? I was never notified to see if I agreed to this or not, was unwilling to give me any money backI this app is fraudulent and I will report it to the BBB
