1 starAfterpay debit my account twice on the same day and have yet to receive my refund getting what owes to you is impossible with these folks I have been emailing these folks for 3 weeks and it only take a second for them to get money from us the consumer I will no longer do business with them and Im definitely telling my family not to do business with them.

1 starPlaced an order through Afterpay for an ****** purchase. My order through ****** was correct, but Afterpay charged me for an item 2x. I finally got in touch with an actual person on the phone only to be verbally abused. The representative actually started screaming at me telling me I needed to call ******, even though the issue was with Afterpay billing. Now, nobody will return my calls. Would leave a negative Star review if possible.Afterpay, Inc.

1 starI have used after pay a few times and. Ever had any issues: recently they have had issues with banks unlinking-and when that happened-a payment was missed/ I immediately went on line to pay with a credit card as I never late well that was a mo th ago. They cannot reconnect to my bank-three major credit cards werenot supported (capitol o e???doubt it) then I tried putting g money on My apple account as a last resort and STILL. Cannot make a payment!!!!!! If I can I will attach all of my proof I have written 12 help messages to the online chat and they do no or have a number to call. I am stuck and if this affects my credit I am going to blow a fuse no help anywhere I just want to pay the bill and close my account/ cannot even do that!!Afterpay, Inc.

1 starI was a poster child with them. They were great! Now they're pretty good. They will turn on preferred payment days WITHOUT your permission. Which means they'll pick a day you pay instead 2 weeks from the first payment as advertised. Shortening the time without your knowledge. Customer is a joke and it's probably why their are so many complaints because they definitely could be worked outAfterpay, Inc.

1 starIf I could leave a negative star review I would. Ive never in my life experienced a company with worse customer service than **********************. There is no way of getting a response or help from a real person. Its all chat bots, Im convinced the emails are automated as well. My issue was they randomly moved all my future payments to Wednesdays, no notification or email saying they did so. Ive been using them for over 3 years now and as soon as Im paid off; Im closing my account and moving on to a different company that has actual people in customer service. If you want terrible customer service from chat bots and have your payment dates randomly moved than look no further than this poorly managed company.Review fromGreg C

1 starUsed Afterpay on an Amazon order, ended up not liking any of the items I ordered so I returned them all. My first Afterpay payment was $14.33. Upon returning everything Afterpay only refunded me $4.63. I spent nearly a week with customer service where they ghosted me for 4 days. So I disputed the charge with my bank and got my full $14.33 refund. Afterpays little automatic reply bot will tell me to reach out to customer service, but I already did with no resolution. Not only did I reach out to the customer service chat, I also opened a help ticket through email and then submitted a complaint through their platform also. Still no resolution. I gave Afterpay plenty of chances and avenues to talk to me and make things right and they didnt.Afterpay, Inc.

1 starDue to a less than 48 hour late payment of less than ***** due to a system upgrade by ******** where I had no access to use mobile banking on a weekend Afterpay removed all of my available credit over ******. I had informed Afterpay prior to system ******** outage that this would occur and was assured my account would remain in good standing. Payment past due was made in less than 48 hours in full. Credit was completely removed. I was informed issue would be resolved and escalated by a " team of experts" absolutely nothing has changed.., appalling customer service is an understatement.Afterpay, Inc.
