My son used a Lyft in ************* after having a delayed flight and arriving at 3:30am. The driver dropped him at his house and took off with his luggage in the trunk! My son repeatedly tried to call the driver and then the driver blocked his calls! Lyft has no human customer support. He received emails from their supposed customer service saying , after 3 days, that the driver said he did not have the luggage in his vehicle. We filed a police report since his computer laptop was in his luggage. The help Lyft provided us was useless. Obviously, the driver took his belongings and has probably done this before. There is no recourse for his robbery and Lyft doesn't care. I would question the screening process they use to employ their drivers. And, not having any contact person to speak with is the worst customer service for any business to rely upon. My son has lost approximately $3800 in clothing, electronics and the two pieces of luggage. I would warn consumers to keep your items in the car with you!Review from Marilyn

Re: San Francisco Deluxe Sightseeing Tours I visited San Francisco in September 2021 with friends. We paid for the sights seeing bus tour on September 19th. I paid ********* by credit card to be charged $40.00 for one person. I got a long receipt looking like 4 transactions. When I got my credit card statement, I noticed I'd been charged for 2 adults. I have been trying to get my $40.00 credit since my September statement and have had no luck. I have called several times, either told to text copy of the receipt or email, which I've done both. I will say the tour itself was very nice. The driver was very energetic and full of excitement while showing us the sights, but, that doesn't help my being overcharged by the company. I was hoping they would be honest enough to issue my credit after speaking with them. Hopefully someone can help with this matter
