      After filing an insurance claim with this company, they have failed to provide me with an insurance adjuster so that I may move forward with my automotive repairs. The accident happened 08/16/22, and it has now been nearly 10 business days with no resolution.

      I have had a policy with topaz insurance for a year paying my premium on time monthly whe a car hit me a claim was filed on 1/22/22 that has still as of today has not be looked at they keep giving me the run around they have no direct phone number you can only use their app or a customer service email my self and my 3 children are left without transportation I have missed work m kids have missed school all due to the negligence of this company I have not been offered any assistance in getting a rental car I was told by to pay insurance not to get an attorney it would not speed things also was told I can just take ******* and not have an inspector come and lastly I was told to get a rental car on my own and I'll get reimbursed which I cannot trust this due to the negligence of my claim this company is a fraud they still continue to deduct monthly payments from my account and have offered me no service

      I had 2 car accidents on 08/30/2021 and 10/19/2021. Both were total cars loss But the ********************** hasn't cleared the loans for any cars yet.They also don't respond to our emails and phone calls. I am very stressed because it's been a long time.The finance companies gave me a deadline to pay the loan at the end of first week of March. If I don't pay then they are going to take their next strict step.Please help me out with this matter.

      We were involved in a car accident with a person that carries ************ on 12/31/2021. We have been trying to get this issue resolved and no one has given us any information or has called us. The only time we were able to talk to someone was the day we filed a claim with them on 01/01/2022 or 01/02/2022. We have tried multiple ways of contact, with calling multiple times a day and leaving messages, we have downloaded the app and tried that way, my husband has communicated via text with someone but the person always text back that they are working on it. I have sent and email via their website in the help category. It has been more than 45 days and we have no resolution. This is due to them not making any attemps at contacting us. I know that by law they need to either accept and reject our claim. Our claim number is 8815-1. This issues is causing us undue hardship as my daughter needs the car for school, both myself and husband have to take time away from work to try and contact them which is costing us out daily income.

      My car was rear ended on 11-10-21. It's going on 3 months that my insurance hasn't reached out to me, ive left emails and voice mails, I tried calling them countless times. The adjusters never answers and When I finally do get ahold of someone I get told that my adjuster no longer works there or that they are out of office. It's causing me a lot of stress that my car hasn't been fixed. I've called off work just so that I could try to get in contact with someone but that was never a success. I'm not the first and only person that they do this to, a lot of people on their business reviews seem to be going through the same thing. This company should no longer be in business, they're a scam.

      GO INSURANCE has been taking my money every month for over a year and when i filed my claim( someone vandalized my truck while trying to steal it as well as stole all of the tools) almost 3 months ago i have been told several lies and have had little help at all (and thats only because i have called almost every day serveral times) i have had to pay my own bills on my truck because they have yet to send me a check! i have been told so many excuses they have told me that the check was in the mail for weeks(since ********** there office is 2 hours from my house?) and that was after 2 months of phones calls and emails as well as post on line????? they do not answer there phones and there app. just feeds me the same old thing "someone will call you.....

      My car accident happened on November 24th 2021. We called the police when the accident happened. The police arrived and issued an accident report and towed my car to the tow company. The accident crush report showed that I was not responsible for the accident. My car was rear-ended. I filed my claim with the insurance company immediately. After that, I could not contact the insurance company through any methods, including online customer service, agent phone, email. Over the course of two months, I tried to contact the insurance company more than 30 times and got no response. They first referred my case to the agency, then transferred it to themselves to handle it directly. But I haven't received any information about my case.

      Date of accident is 9.3.21 and car went into body shop (excellence auto body) same day and the claim sat Unworked for more than 10 days. A new 3rd party claims **** came in midrepair and the body shop continued to check on approvals for repairs and no response came in a timely fashion. Issue is 2-fold. 1) insurance company assured me that vehicle would be in and out and my 30 day rental coverage would be sufficient to use while getting car repaired. I need a vehicle to earn income and to pay my bills through DoorDashing deliveries and it has now been close to two months since I've had my car and the insurance company who is not answering any of my calls or any of the body shops calls is forcing me to incur daily fees of $50+ and harassing calls from enterprise rent a car saying that I now am liable for the rental as well. The three moving parts are 1) my insurance company who has without a doubt been neglecting me and the body shop for approvals. I believe that they should have totaled out my car from the start because now the repairs are far too high and likely why the car is sitting there 2) the body shop has been helpful in communicating with me and my boyfriend on the matter *UT isn't willing to help with the rental because they are waiting too. 3) Enterprise rent a car has the relationship with both the body shop and the insurance company and me. I don't feel they have been empathetic at all and have not tried to help by explaining the possible delays and possibility that I'd be on the hook for anything. I would have certainly Made other arrangements but now am simply working to pay off a accruing rental **** as well as my deductible. I really need some assistance in getting the insurance company to take ownership for their delays and to extend the rental coverage and pay for it until the car is repaired. I've left multiple urgent messages for the supervisors this past couple weeks to no avail:( please assist. Thank you. Jasmine *

      This complaint is in regards to settlement for auto insurance claim, according to my repair shop vehicle has been ready since 09/15/21, the insurance company claims payment was mailed on 09/23 but as of now no payment has been received, they also claimed partial settlement of claim was sent to me back in August and I never received such payment. All I am asking for this claim to be settled so that I can get my vehicle back.My policy number is C1GOMCA001842
