Manager has done nothing but lie and lie about all work done to the car that they were supposed to fix from an accident. Frame is still bent they kept the car for longer than what the insurance paid for and the car rental company charged ************ credit card and the body shop doesn't want to pay it back to my daughter.... They have given us the run around and said they've done their job. I asked them to call or write to the insurance company to prove they were not responsible for those extended days they kept the damaged car. The shop kept it extra days even thou they knew the car had to be ready by a certain day. I've gone to the shop a lot of times and called them a lot of times to find out about the car and at one point told the insurance and muse the car was picked up for some reason when the car was parked across the st. Three different times when I talked to them to complain about their work they told me "we" meaning me *************** should of told the insurance company we wanted it to be salvaged. I told him that was their job from the beginning if they knew they couldn't fix it. It's just been a headache after a headache with these people..... when I've called and asked for the owner it was an excuse after an excuse for him not to be there...... Then of course a little to late i went on *************** to find out they are famous for doing this to clients. Please help us and other people stop these shops from taking advantage of good decent people like us. Thank you!Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/12/07) */ OUR CLIENT HAS THE FACTS ALL CONFUSE , WE HAVE THE VEHICLE 3 WEEKS AFTER FINAL APPROVAL, THE INSURANCE COMPANY COMPLETE THE APPROVAL ON SEP 21TH , WE COMPLETED THE REPAIR ACCORDING TO THE CONTRACT WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY , REGARDING THE FRAME DAMAGE, OUR CLIENT HAS THE WRONG INFORMATION ************ , OUR CLIENT TRY TO SELL THE CAR , THEY FOUND OUT THIS VEHICLE WAS IN A ACCIDENT , THIS IS THE REAL REASON WHY SHE CAME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT WE DID NOT FIX HER VEHICLE. They GIVE HER A LOW PRICE FOR HER VEHICLE DUE TO THE FACT THAT THEY SEARCHED UP THE VEHICLE HISTORY AND SEEN ITS PREVIOUS ACCIDENTS , WE SPEND WEEKS Without ANY RESPONSE FROM HER INSURANCE COMPANY OR HER LAWYER , WE Won't BE ABLE TO PAY FOR ANY ADDITIONAL RENTAL CHARGES , OUR JOB WAS COMPLETED , THE VEHICLE WAS CHECKED BY A THIRD PARTY SHOP FOR ALIGNMENT. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR INSURANCE AND COMPLAINT TO THEM REGARDING THIS MATTER ... ALSO ******** IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RENTAL COVERAGE DUE TO THE FACT, THAT SHE WAS A CLAIMANT AND NOT AN INSURED. From day one you guys were unprofessional but i gave you guys the benifit of the doubt that when you guys told the insurance Co. the car wasn't there anymore one day or two after it was dropped off by the tow truck Co.... That it was just a miscommunication between u and yr own employees. Aprox 3 different times you told me and on a different occasion you also **************** that we should have told the insurance to consider the car a total loss. When I answered to you..... that, that was your job not ours. They looked at me with this I don't know what to say look. Look we have brought the car in several times after the initial p.u. after they said the car was ready... from us having to go pick it up at an alignment shop.... to waiting around for you guys to do last minute fixes that *********** pointed out to u. 1. grill or something was loose 2.they left the right side barrings loose and this was discovered by ************ the first day of p.u. who knows what would of happened to *********** if she would of driven that car straight home aprox 35miles away. I've visited the shop more times than I should of to get them to give me answers about the car not being ready or not contacting the lawyer or insurance. Between the lawyers, insurance and us...Pro Car has been nothing but lie after lie about timing work done parts phone calls and emails. I tried i really did ...to get Pro Car to just get the car properly fixed with the guarantee they promised the car had. But after them saying they straighten the frame as best as they could.... I told them.. "what do you mean" as straight as u can.? You guys got paid 13K to properly fix the car. and now I have to argue with you guys about sending an email to the insurance Co. About how you guys are not at fault for Enterprise charging ***********s credit card for the extra days you guys took to fix it. Honestly guys.... I wasn't asking for any favors... this was your job to ensure your customer was being treated with respect with the best customer service and the best service on a car you guys had for 45 days or so and approx 13K to fix the car you just got paid to fix and then nothing after that was your problem. That's pretty much what you guys did to us. We were not asking for anything above and beyond what you should of done to ensure your customer was taken care of bcz of your negligence. If they didn't do anything wrong and the extra days wasn't their fault... why not contact the insurance like the lawyer and insurance requested. All we asked for was a properly fixed car and for them to reimburse the rental amount for the extra days they took to "fix it" I don't understand how a business can get away doing this to people. We are not the first ones to complain...I just wish I would of read about them before i took the car there. PLEASE HELP US *** ** Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2022/12/27) */ You were a claimant on this claim, The one who has full responsibility for the rental charges is ******** or the person that caused the accident. You have lawyers and they should be aware that if you are a claimant you do not have to pay out of pocket for rental and if they are not awared you can always search ******************** We can not issue you money for rental charges ********** did to you, we did not receive a single $$ for a rental car payment. Vehicle was repaired as written on estimate sent by ******** and like we mentioned the first time, it was checked by a third party shop an passed the aligngment test. Also we drove the car around with you and you stated the vehicle was driving good. That was when the vehihcle had left the shop. Then a week after you came back when you got a low ball offer from******* & your accusation of not fixing the vehicle correct came from their. You know how many times i called the insurance and they said they were going to speak with lawers first and you were aware. WE have emails and i fowareded them to your lawyer aswell from when they accepted the supplement it took them quite some time just for the approval and you want to blame us Pro Car for rental charges, due to the work performed by the adjusters & reprasantives from ************ on not completing the supplement correctly
