      i took my car in for a oil change due to my check engine light was on.. took car into dealership was told by rep that my car did not need a oil change due to its a newer car 2015 rave4 and that the oil is synthetic and that it does not have to be replaced every 3 month like you do on a older vehicle. So i believed him and he said we can do a 3 point star inspection to see what needs to be fixed. they came back to me and charged me $50.00 dollars and handed me a 2 page long things red/yellow/green issues found on my car. told me the red issues need to be replaced ****. Took my car to my mechanic 2 months later my battery died on my car and my water pump was leaking on my car. i replaced my battery and he was looking over other issues, asked me you said they did a oil change i said no they told me my sticker on windshield shows 4/24 so iam good till then , he pulled out my dip stick right in front of me and said oh look you barely have oil on your dip stick. So be aware ladies, i know it ***** that we cannot trust a business like Toyota to have honest men working in there establishment. i could of blown my engine and would of had to bought a new car ! they would of been responsible and they would of never of taken care of me.

      They REFUSED me service for my car. I have a ******** after scheduling the appointment when I got there they said they don't service other makes. EVEN though in the page they advertise service ANY MAKE AND MODEL !!!!!! I wish I could have known before going all the way there and going late for work for nothing. I spoke with **** but she did not care she just said did you want to speak with the advisor? ? I explained the situation and she just said is there anything else I can help you with?? ..... Very professional.

      i bought a toyota prius new in 2016 and now had ****** miles on it and was serviced regularly at Kearny Mesa Toyota dealership. About a month ago all of sudden while I was driving it stopped and smoked coming out on the tailpipe because of a blown head gasketI had it towed since KMT was closed on Sunday. Then Monday I talked to service advisor and tell her about my car and she said I need to bring it to the dealership and they need to hook it up to the computer in order to diagnosed the problem. Wednesday I called her up and she said that no work will be done unless I authorized them to teardown the engine and sign a work order for $8,200 that is not even to repair the damage. I even talked to Toyota brand engagement which is also a waste of time cause what it is is just a pr to get more money from the customer. I have my car towed and repaired at a private shop for $2,500 and I want them to reimbursed my expenses and be responsible for their mistake. One of the worst service dealership in *********.

      Wish I could give 0 stars. My complaint is too long for BBB characters allowed. Dont waste ur time! Will the manager ***** in finance and ******************* the ** are extremely pompous especially towards women. They can waste ur time for 4 days, but if you call them, they cant be bothered. Our sales **** ****** was great. They approved my son only to then say its pending but not to worry it will be allset. 4 days later called to say he wasnt approved and we needed to rerun the car. Top notch ???? NOT. Do ur due diligence before doing business with this location. 1.5 stars on BBB says a lot

      The bank would not approve her son to purchase a vehicle, he did not have enough credit.We asked if a parent would co sign for a loan and they declined.We apologize that we were not able to obtain financing.

      If I could give them a 0 I would. this delership sells used cars that should be scraped. My daughter paid over 9k for a used car that lasted her 19 months. Oh, but only after she put in another 2k in repairs a few months after owning it. Now the mechanic at the dealer says the cars motor needs to be replaced and will be another 5k min to do that. Ridiculous. I know AS IS BUT seriously - you go to a dealer expecting to get a vehicle that is better than on ********** or whatever. worst place ever. I have bought a few used cars and never had an issue. here with them ********* a LEMON!! beware and have the car fully checked by your own mechanic

      Wanted to give you some feedback on my visit. The manager stated the wrong price and I had to look it up on your website so they would believe me, bad bad service. Then they added ***** for " an "part of the price" to the base price wowww shady that wasn't stated anywhere and I couldn't take it off! They also have ***** Blue book ads all over the dealer but the manager was going to give me ***** for my 2018 ***** accord with ***** miles no damage or issues which should be as less 26500-27000. Big SCAM. You are sure to be ripped off and scammed!! Be aware!!

      Worst dealer experience in my life RICH the older man in the used car side was very rude from the beginning did not help at all and made it feel like he judged me please beware of this man if you are a person like me that respects others because thats the way you like being treated do not waste your time with this guy the only reason Im leaving a 3 star review is because the manager was very helpful and treated us with excellent customer service but I will never go back because of RICH
