I have ordered from this company for the last eight years and they have been great. This year has been the total opposite. I ordered our practice uniforms as usual and they said we would have them within 4 weeks. At week 5 I reached out and they assured me they would be sent out that Friday. The following Tuesday I asked or a tracking number and they never gave me one. After waiting 2 weeks and not receiving them I called on a Monday (Oct 24) and they said they apologized the uniforms have not been sent out yet and they would be sent out by Wed Oct. 26. This is Monday 10/31 and I still do not have them. I try to email and call the company and they will not return emails or calls.Initial Complaint

I submitted an order in December for 2 additional jerseys for a player who just joined out softball team. I submitted the order and the payment form and waited. A month goes by and I hear nothing and the sale rep does not respond. I send an email and they tell me the order was never placed because the rep was back on maternity leave. They resubmit the order and tell me it will ship by 3/17. Nothing arrives once again so I try to reach out to the new rep who now does not answer my calls or respond to my emails. 4/26 I send another email to their customer service department who apologizes, says they will send the jerseys free of charge and that they will ship no later 5/6. We still have not received these jerseys, nobody will answer the phone, nobody is responding to my emails. I just need the young ladies jerseys, so she feels as though she is officially a part of this team.
