After many, many unresponsive emails and written communications Professional HOA Consultants Inc. confirmed in writing (back in 2021 ) that they had removed disputed violations from my *** account.Their message read "you are absolutely fine. There was no further issue. I apologize that you were not given any communication regarding your status. But your violation has been removed from your file ...thank you for your patience".Now, in **** I have come to find out they lied and did not update the *** account accordingly.I, along with many other, pay *************** timely each month. They hardly ever pick up the phone and never have returned any of my voicemails. Simply doing a ****** Search for "***** reviews" says it all. If I owned this company i would be putting a small taskforce/initiative in place to turn around the massively consistent negative perception of their brand.It's really disheartening and concerning when a company treats you / behaves this way, especially in relation to your home. I literally have no one who will return my calls, emails, letters, etc - and now feel I need to escalate with additional resources to remediate the issue resulting from their error/failure to follow-through with promised actions.If you are a property owner/developer, it's really worth thinking about if you want this type of a company (based on their behaviors as reported by others) interfacing with your current/future customer/buyers/tenants.All they had to do was what they already promised they would do, ...that's all - something which would likely take them **** mins at the most.

I have addressed this complaint with **************** personally and after understanding the entire situation, we acted on behalf of the client, who is the ***** of ********* of his homeowners association.  We act as agent and take direction from the client.  I did present his case to the ***** of *********, and unfortunately, they did not agree with 100% removing the violation and had conditions he or the new buyers need to comply with due to the rules of the Association.
