Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had trying to rent a property. I specifically said I didnt want to fill out an app and pay fees until I knew the property was truly available. I saw the unit the next day after I called (called the second it became available) and filled out the app right there at the property after confirming it was in fact still available.Fast forward to today, one day later. I am now out $90 which is a sham and was told someone applied that morning when I was told we could not apply until after seeing the space. I want a refund which I know they will not give thus Ill be filing a charge back for deceitful business practices and suing in small claims court as a last resort.I have 809 credit, and qualified with flying colors. They should have been more honest and said they already had apps in. How many people were duped into paying $45 and having their credit ran / dinged for NO REASON at all. I have never ever had such a poor experience trying to rent a home and it took 6 phone calls / emails / messages for them to even admit I wasnt getting the home that other people applied earlier in the day. You should NOT accept $$ from hard working folks if you already have multiple apps processing, that is wrong on so many levels and a HORRIBLE way to conduct oneself business wise. I will never ever work with these people and will be fighting to the bitter end for the $90 back that I feel scammed out of.
