We ordered to print calendars on January 3rd, 2022 and were supposed to get the product on January 7th, 2022. (Order # R207879801). Amount of $1,534.60 was paid with our debit card. The process was delayed and we've got the wrong products on January 21st,2022. They said sorry and would send the right one on January 27th, 2022. (Order # R962799720) But they did not even start to print our calendars. It was calendars which was time sensitive product. We thought it could be hard for them to keep the schedule for the pandemic. After January 27th, 2022, we noticed them we could not afford any more delay. We asked them to refund us for us. They wanted to give us a store credit which we don't want. We don't want to work with them any more because they cannot keep the promises. We want them to refund us ASAP.Business response

I'm so sorry to hear that your product was not ready on time for your deadline. Unfortunately, disruptions in global supply chains have impacted our production team and caused delays. Your order was fully refunded, as requested.
