Consumers alleged through their reports to BBB that the business may offer or sell products not as advertised, and may be engaging in excessive pricing. BBB reached out to the business to request their cooperation in addressing business practice concerns. Through this investigation, BBB sent the business an SBQ (Standard Business Questionnaire), however, the business failed to return the form.
On February 19, 2021, BBB sent an email to the company asking the business to address the following concerns:
- Per complaints received by BBB, consumers are alleging they are not receiving products as advertised. Please provide BBB detailed information on the sourcing of your PPE products, specifically 3M brand products. Please be sure to clearly indicate if the business is an authorized reseller of 3M brand products. Please provide documentation that shows the products are made and manufactured by the brands listed on your website.
- Provide a detailed explanation of pricing.
- Details on how the business solicits consumers to leave a review.
Additionally, BBB asked the company to provide the contact information for consumers to reach the business, including additional phone numbers and email addresses.
On February 26, 2021, BBB sent a letter via U.S. mail to the company however, BBB did not receive a response.
BBB also made multiple attempts to contact the company by phone, but the company did not return our phone calls. As of today, the company has failed to respond to our attempts to contact them regarding these concerns.
