I have purchased a nice used car from Mossy Nissan and happy with the purchase. However, the customer service was not professional - They could not keep their words. The car was dirty inside upon purchase so they promised to provide the detailed cleaning afterward. I went there twice trying to get it cleaned but they did not provide me the detailed cleaning service. They washed outside and wipe off some surface (after I told them nothing had been done inside) and claimed it's detailed cleaning. I was very disappointed by their unprofessional attitude. Also felt like I was discriminated by my gender. I will never recommend the Kearny Mesa location of Mossy Nissan to my friend/family.Review from Michelle C

************ was my service advisor he was very professional and knowledgeable. ***** was a great communicator and treated me with concierge service. He has an excellent rapport with his co workers and every customer that I observed that he helped. ************** not only says he loves his job he shows it by his respect and loyalty to Nissan Infinity. ***** my service advisor is a very hard worker and I deeply respect his integrity.Review from San K

i was let down twice by this dealership.the first time i was told that a car was reserved in my name, and turned out was sold to someone else.at the time i thought i'll give this dealership another chance. i put down a deposit on a specific car with an assigned VIN #. i was told that the car would be mine when it came in. i had periodic sync *** with the sales person to check on the status of that car. when the car was coming the sales person told me to stop by the following morning to buy the car.the next day i got a call (from a manager) saying the car was sold the previous night, and that was that. i later got some details about exactly what happened that soured my opinion very much. the sales person didn't return my call or messages subsequent to this.the two instances happening cannot be a coincidence, and i feel the dealership cannot be trusted.i therefore took back my deposit.Review from Ellie K.

Took my 2012 Nissan Maxima here for an oil change and ******* mile service in June. I had an appointment but after waiting 3 hours I left with only an oil change. They told me I needed to replace my brake pads ASAP as my front pads only had 4 mm left, replace my front 2 tires ASAP and get an alignment because there was uneven wear and tear on my front tires meaning there is a serious problem with the alignment. Well 2 months later I just took my car into a shop down the street to get my front brake pads replaced and they informed me that they are at 8 mm and need no service at this time. they also said that my tires need to be replaced but there is NOT any uneven wear or tear. Mossy Nissan Kearny Mesa is a fraudulent place of business and I will never give them another dime.
