Summer 2022, August to be exact. I traded in my 2023 Acura Integra that had only 7miles for a certified used 2021 Acura TLX, my issue is that I believe Acura made a business fraud with my deal and after months is conducting my research, at the time of the trade there was no KBB for the 2023 Acura Integra because the car was so new. However the sticker price sticker for the 2021 Acura TLX was not provided to me as I asked as well as the owners manual and the **** At the time of my trade/purchase I was in terrible need of a vehicle and they only reason I traded the newer car was because I did not feel it was safe for my children and me. I believe Acura dealership added additional cost to my contract that did not need to be added due to my vehicle already covered under the certified used program. I did feel coerced by two of the employees and taken advantage of due to my situation. Till this date I had reached out to the sales man and sales lady ***** and ***** "the car lady", to resolve the issue about getting the owners manual and sticker price along with getting cosmetic fixes since when I purchased the vehicle it was at night. I have gone to the dealership twice and still with no resolve. ***** and ***** had even lied and said I would receive the owners manual and sticker prices with that listed all the certified coverage covered when I took my car in for maintenance and to ask ****. I took my car to get maintenance and **** informed me ***** never communicated to him that I need an owners manual. Also this business ran my credit many times and I would like that to be corrected as well, there were many ill practices. to include which credit union would finance me. It was evident that my credit was good and in above 700. All these inquiries impacted me tremendously. I am pleading for a correction on what the price was compared to the price of the car and value of my trade in. I feel they treated this as a two different transactions.

I booked an Oil Change for my wife car. She dropped it off, and at the drop off the service tech pushed her into some unnecessary $150 "Brake *********** ************ is recommended for cars 3 years old. Our car is just over 2 years old, with ****** miles. ***** was absolutely no reason to push this service aside from a Cash Grab.I think they saw my pregnant wife as an easy **** and upsold her an unnecessary service.Dishonest *********** is alive and well. From here on I'll always handle these matters; I didn't think they'd be so eager to take advantage of my wife who simply is not familiar with the industry.

*****************, the ** at KM Acura, has been my friend since 2010. We had purchased at least 8 cars from Ray. Last week, I brought my **** Flex onto his lot and asked him if he could help me with it.He told me that he would buy the contract.I told him that it would be a relief to be out from under the upside down contract.Ray never did tell me that he was charging me for an upside down contract. He added 7.1k+ to the contract for a vehicle from his lot, making it impossible to come up with a decent ride.In effect, *************, who was supposed to be my friend, has stolen my car from me.

      ******,

First of all they havent purchased 8 cars from me but that being that let me explain. I made a deal with Bruze to pay off his **** Flex and sell him a used MDX. I had a hard time getting him bought. In order to do that I had to discount my car $7000 from the price I told him. Then I reduced the trade $7,000 so the sales tax would be less and I could get the bank to approve the unpaid balance. I even got a lower rate and payment. When my salesperson called Bruze to explain he went totally upset that we were pulling something on him. All he had to do was look at the deal and see that it was BETTER than before but all he looked at was the trade. He would not let us explain that to him. At that time I had paid off the trade. **** would not refinance it so I was stuck with it. I can provide paperwork to show that I wholesaled it and lost $7000 on it. I am sorry this came out this way but Bruze, in no way, was going to let me explain. If he thought we were friends I dont understand why I wasnt given the chance to explain to him what I did was a benefit to him. The payment was lower and the interest was less. I have been in this business 50 years, 35 of which is with Penske. I have never been accused of anything like this before.

      Regards,

      Ray
