I purchased a car from the dealership in November. My temporary plates are going to expire in 9 days and I have called over and over to get a response to only be transferred to voice-mail with no solid answer. I want my plates and to end this issue asap.Business response

Upon reviewing the situation, I have coordinated with our *************** Manager, ***************************. I can confirm that your *** registration was processed in January, and you should be receiving your documents shortly. It is important to note that the *** is currently experiencing a backlog which could result in a delay of approximately 2-3 weeks in the dispatch of your registration.
Furthermore, I would like to inform you that the *** has granted an extension of an additional six weeks for expired temporary plates in light of the current backlog.

I presented to Courtesy Chevrolet on 9/24/22 with a pre-approved loan from my credit union. I was told by the salesman JZ and finance manager ******** that my credit would not be run again but that I needed to provide them with my SSN so they could verify the loan though I brought the paperwork with me. That caused another hard inquiry on my account which in turn significantly affected my credit score. I was not told the truth by either of these people at Courtesy Chevrolet and now I have an extra hard inquiry on my credit.Business response

I purchased a new 2022 Bolt EUV from this dealership on 4/11/22. It was an eligible car the the ********** EV rebate - the salesman or his manager never mentioned that. I had to research It afterwards, go back, and ask to apply for it. I still have not received the rebate.The battery malfunctioned a month and a half after purchasing it. I was told to bring it in. The dealership has no rentals - I was told I could be in a rental if I brought it in same day (5/28/22.) Fast forward to 7/16, my car was finally ready after it took over a month to receive a new battery. The dealership then claims that they will not pay for all 49 days of the rental. However speaking to a person at *************** I find that they should indeed cover the rental for EV/EUV drivers. The service manager on the phone repeatedly stated things like well if we did that for every customer, I wouldnt make any money and Well its not my fault it broke down.I am on a very limited income at the moment and cannot afford a $300+ **** for a rental I was only in because my brand new car already malfunctioned. I find this dealership to be dishonest and causing their customers unnecessary costs. Lastly I feel it is relevant that they offer slight price cuts in monthly car payments in exchange for 2 for positive Reviews on ****************Business response

We did submit for your $750.00 ********** Clean Fuel Rebate but we are still waiting for it to go through. We have reached out to them but unfortunately the process is very slow and as soon as we get it we will notify you. In regards to your loaner GM will only cover so many days and after that it's the customer responsibility.
