      The service department is so slow. It took 2 weeks for 2 tire and a wheel replacement for a 2022 SQ7. The initial assessment took 4 days instead of 1-2 like I was told. Then I was told 4-5 days for the repair to be done and it took 8 days to complete. The shop is so backed up and technicians dont seem to move quickly at all. The technician who was assigned to do my repair decided to take a half day on the day of my repair and instead of assigning the work to another technician, the work just gets pushed to the next day.

      I have been this dealership for a problem at my car. I needed to brought my car there 3 times and still mu problem is not solved. Each time they said its fixed and they charged me almost 4000$ (there were several issues and this is the total cost). When I went there last time they did drive me crazy and even though I had a reservation and confirmed loaner they didnt give me a loaner and I decided not to leave my car. I emailed their manager and told her the story and she replied to me with asking more money. She said I smoked in their loaner last time and I owe them cleaning fee. Btw, I quit smoking 5 years ago. So instead of an apology they tried to make more money unfairly. So they refused to refund my money which they charged for something that they havent fixed. Ive been using Audi for the last 20 yeats and this is my 5th Audi. I bought all of them brand new. But it looks like I need to get another brand after this one. They are the best at customer dissatisfaction. Well done and keep up the bad work.

      I bought a 2018 ******, because it went through the "300 point" inspection. I reported a rock chip on the windshield and left thumbweel not working. I was told that I would be scheduled for service for them. I also reported finding a *** drive with the previous owner's personal information (home address, email, phone number, etc.). I wanted the service scheduled, so I can return the *** drive. I contacted the sales rep and general manager for a week--no response. So I contacted the previous owner to arrange for me to return the *** drive. I did so on my own time. I reported these issues to **** ***. Though I have been scheduled for service on the warranty items, I was still not contacted about the concerns I have with how the dealership ignored my diligence to help them improve protecting consumer privacy and making this right.
