This company employed workers who stole my medications, smashed a valuable chair and dented up a valuable table. The entire claim they approved was $200. This is despite the repair bill of over 600 for the chair and over 700 for the table. Beware of this company!!!!

Five weeks after delivery of my household goods and payment in full Acerelcation came back to me for an additional $2633 because they claim they forgot to charge me for storage. After I questioned their mistake, they found more errors. They incorrectly charged me for services I did not receive and did not apply the proper AAA discount to the tune of over $800. After they finally fixed their errors, or so they told me, they are billing me for the additional incorrect amount of $2633 again. I was referred to this company by AAA as a benefit of being an AAA customer. Never again.

We had a terrible experience with Ace Relocation Services, from the beginning enough people didn't show up to pack a big house, they didn't bring enough boxes, the packers didn't know they had to pack mirrors and tv's and they didn't want to do it. One packing day became two days. After that when we received our items they told us we needed to pay our **** in full before delivery, we did it as they said that thy wouldn't delivery if we didn't pay in advance. After delivery I put a claim for the furniture that they damaged, a week after I put my claim, I received a **** that it was almost the same amount as the claim I submitted. When I called to complain they said that they didn't include the delivery from storage to my home in the estimate, that felt like a slap in the face, I hired them for that specific purpose and they knew from the beginning that we wanted storage time and then delivery to final destination. After talking with my representative he said that I signed a non-biding contract and that they pretty much can charge us 10% of the ****, which they did. Now I have to pay almost $4000 so my claim can move forward and get compensated for the items that they damaged. I'm extremely disappointed with this company and their sleazy billing ways. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Everything thing about our move was a great experience with Ace from the quote to delivery day. The Movers were very professional and courteous. We were kept up to date with delays and informed of ETA throughout move. Moved everything with care! We would definitely recommend & use Ace again.
