            First of all thank you for your help in resolving this financial matter. We refinanced our home with myprimehomeloan.com and are owed $5,962.50 from them as confirmed on the loan documents. We signed the loan docs on July 10th, 2021, and the refinance was effective July 12th. Corinthian Title was used and they had different instructions for the loan amount than what we agreed to with myprimehomeloan.com, and Corinthian Title is saying that it was not their fault but did communicate the discrepancy. Note, we were told by all parties that we could sign the loan docs on July 10th but not the Corinthian Title borrow statement such that the loan wouldn't fund until our concern was addressed. In several emails and texts, Myprimehomeloan.com confirmed they would pay us the $5,962.50 but they are now saying they will lose money and are not agreeing to what is stated on the loan documents in the "Paid by others" column.             The team at My Prime Home Loans helped ** get into our first house. Our loan was a bit tricky but they handled the entire transaction efficiently, professionally and promptly. They even offered a 10-day closing, which made our offer extremely competitive in this current market. They updated us every step of the way, and we were never left guessing where our loan stood.
