      We shipped two Neurotherm generators to ORSupport on June 11, 2021 to sell on our behalf for 25% commission (ORSupport's offer - see email date 3.25.21. Documentation that we agreed to proceed -with ORSupport selling on our behalf - email date 11.8.21). Generator information: Neurotherm NT2000. Serial number ********************************. Serial number ********************* June 2021, I have contacted ORSupport (specifically *********************) numerous times via email and phone to request an update and payment for our generators. *** has shared in numerous emails that he will get back to me and on two occasions stated he had offers for our generators (November 23, 2021 & February 13, 2022). *** has promised to have his staff follow-up with an offer numerous times and most recently himself "because it's been hard to keep staff" and "my staff member is on maternity leave" and "they didn't call you yet? I'll just walk-over and take care of it myself". I never hear back from *** until I call him again. I have asked him to provide offers and payment for both of our generators or return the two generators. I have not received either.The action I would like taken is for ORSupport to submit a formal offer that we must agree to & provide payment or the equipment must be returned back to us immediately.Attachment 1: Email exchange from 3-25-21 through 12-2-21. Original offer from ORSupport for 25% commission on 3/25/21. Documentation of agreement from me/writer on 7/12/21 Attachment 2: Email to ORSupport (*********************) stating that I am beginning to worry that we will not receive payment for our 2 RFA generators that were shipped to ORSupport, as I've received multiple promises from ********************* that he would contact me with offers.Attachment 3: Email to ORSupport (*********************) asking to be contacted with offers Attachment 4: Final email Att #5-Receipt from ***** (date: 6/11/21) with tracking numbers, when both Radiofrequency generators were shipped to ORsupport
