Nasty, Incompetent People Failed Customer 4 Times I am typically a very positive, easy going, non-critical, flexible person. But I just have to warn others that my dealings with this company in trying to ship a car from the US to ********** was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER with any business.1) The information, logistics, pricing they gave me was constantly changing in very significant ways. Example; my drop off point was 1st **********, **, then ********, **, then ********, **! 1st it was to be shipped in a shared container, then a private container, and lastly trucked uncovered to **. The pricing changed each time.2) I tried and tried to communicate I needed at least 2 days advance notice of the pickup appointment because I live 4 hours from the agreed upon pickup point and can't just disconnect from my clients and run. But out of the blue... I kept getting calls from angry truck drives saying they were at the pickup spot (Now!) and where was I?. I had to repeatedly explain their call was the 1st I'd heard of an appointment being made, and urged them to complain to Ship Overseas.3) ***** the owner and ****** the coordinator, despite constantly changing their information to me, were nasty and completely inflexible of my needs as a customer. They have 1 approach, take it or leave it. And if you don't like it.. Go F' yourself. Nice.4) All I asked was 2 days advanced email notice of the pickup appointment. We tried 4 times, and not once did I get notified of a pick up appointment. But you bet, within hours AFTER each missed appointment (and angry drivers call), ****** would send me an email nasty gram scolding me for not making the appointment (What appointment ******?!).5) I was trying to ship my car to ********** ASAP because it is a donation to a *********** friend whose business urgently needed the money. Thanks to Ship Overseas, 2 months was wasted and I still have the car. And now, we're facing December which is basically closed to business.

hello to the readers, ( i hope this will help your decision) to make the right choice of company .i used this company to ship my car overseas, the information for a europeen transfer to usa in order to pay the shipping was not well informed , but my payment was accepted by their bank, but they sent a mail ten days prior shipping that the money never came in, arround october 11th for a departure on october 3. After that, all whent crazy, first... documents (title,copies ) unfound ,then the wrong owner on the title, wrong sender .. the dock receits had to be rewritten several times in order to get it right. money still unfound, we had to personnaly make research , called their bank , wich we could not get information from.. due to privacy act ..(understandable ), but they did not help to figure it out, the mail exchange where getting seriously annoying, almost threatning. we had to recal the bank transfer from origin, they kept a fee of ***** $ all is because the wrong info was given for overseas payment. had to figure out the way to pay ourselves after 4 days of research and arguing with the banks ...we have had such a bad experience with this company for over 20 days and more..but that's not all ..they tried to apply fees and late paying charges even when given info that our money was gone the first day of receiving their quote ..it was paid in full. if they would of given the proper info it woul not have happened ..but..still to come .after arriving the car was blocked..because even thought a second payment was programmed and received with the correct info and on time ..it was not released from that company at the docks. had to call and send a message to get it to be released ..never again i regret to have used this company and it wasn't the first time, but will be the last , it was lousy service , and i think mostly because head quarters are far sight on the actual loading/preparing site. after reading a simillar reviews i was surprised of the simillarity !
