      These people will NOT stop calling me. I used their online calculator but ended up not deciding to use them, but I still get numerous calls every single day from different numbers. Im register on the do not all registry and I dont know what else to do.

      I signed up for debt consolidation program in 2024 and I have yet to see results. I dont think whoever is working on my account is working on it. I am 9 payments in the rear on one of my credit cards. There is no way you are telling me that you have not been able to get resolution on my account. I know other individual who have used National Debt Relief and they told me there resolutions went pretty fast. If you guys cant get going on mines I want to cancel the program and take my business elsewhere. I want a call back from the person who is actually working on my account to get resolution. I am aware that they have not attempted to contact any other creditors on my account accept one. If I cant get a response or o I dont get a call back I will be consulting an attorney as this program seems to be a sham.

      I have asked to be removed from the call list and they continue to call me every day. Emon is the name of the person calling me and he is extremely aggressive. I do not want to be contacted anymore and I will not be using their services so they are wasting their time. I have blocked numerous numbers but Emon and accredited call me from different numbers. At this point it is harassment. I want it to stop.

      On 1/31/2025 I spoke with a ***resentative named N ********* made it very clear several times that I did not want any loans or my credit pulled. I was only calling to inquire about the debt resolution program! I checked my email to find out he ran a credit loan without my permission to Above lending & I dont know what else honestly but I immediately called back to make a formal complaint & cancel everything. I want them to correct this as soon as possible and have those inquiries removed immediately as they were not authorized & I want to know what is going to be done about this! This *** that ***resented FIVE Lakes law lied & I need help having something done about this! Thanks in advance

      Beyond finance practiced deceptive business practices and bait and switch tactics with promises of me being able to get a loan to consolidate my credit card debt. They also said that my credit would take a hit but would rebound. My credit is still poor and when I checked the status of the credit cards they said would be paid from the account I set up with them in which they draw money from my bank account to sit a separate account in order to pay off my debt once they reached a settlement. My credit report says my cards are closed and not paid in anyway. Moreover they also promised that after 6 to 9 months of steady payments I'd be eligible for a debt consolidation loan which I originally called about. The representative assured me that after 6 to 9 months of payments I would get the loan. It's been over a year and still no loan. When I called I was bounced around between companies. The representatives of the loan company they contract with told me it was beyond finance who would recommend me for the loan. Beyond finance says its the loan company. I've gone back and forth with no straight answer. When I told them I want out of the program with the money I've paid up to this point they refused saying they could not since it was spent. This included the $900 fee they charge for their services

      During your enrollment experience, you were advised that you would be reviewed for all options available.  This review included the possibility of a loan.  The agent clearly advised that you did not qualify for that option and explained the program you did qualify for.  You elected to move forward.  You were also advised about the possibility of being reviewed for a graduation loan whilst in the program, but this was not presented as a guarantee.


      Additionally, you were advised that your credit would be impacted as a result of the program and that previous customers reported improvements after completion of the program.  This was not provided to you as a guarantee.

      I reject this assessment due to the fact they presented the graduation loan as a definite not a possibility. In fact part of the reason why I contacted the BBB is because they did so yet claim they cannot find or have access to the original call. They assured me that they would pull up the transcripts of the call to determine if this is the case however they have stalled with regards to that. Beyond has promised follow up calls regarding the matter yet failed to do so, hoping I would forget about it. They have made misleading promises with regards to what they do saying my credit (this is what the representative said) would take a dive for about 9 months then rebound, a thing that has not happened. That is misleading statements 

      Yes I am still in the program but had given them a deadline to address my concerns before I pulled out.

      There was a citi account ending in 6425 that was suppose to get added to my debt relief program. I do not know what happened to this account and why it wasnt added. Portfolio recovery associates has taken over the account and there is a lawsuit filed against me. I have no idea why this account was left out but since I am not able to add it in the program due to legal filing, I would like to get permanent billing adjustment. This is not fair to me as I have put my debt into the hands of this company and have accumulated an outside debt on behalf of the company. This should have been taken cared of. Thank you

      I reached out to this company to explore options. Decided it wasnt for me. Now I keep getting calls from different numbers multiple times a day despite blocking and ignoring. Sometimes no answer is an answer, and the repeated calling from different numbers is starting to border on harassment. Please add me to your Do Not Call list and stop contacting me. Thank you

      I became unemployed 1/2/2025. Beyond Finance debt relief had ****** just sitting in my account and the 1/6/2025 took another ****** put of my account I want that money returned to me. ******** from that company said my money would be returned in 5-7 days now this supervisor named ****** is stating they pulled out my money for their fee? I want it back they are crooks

      I contacted Accredited Debt Relief for information on August 19, 2024. I declined their services. I told them NOT to call me and NOT to give my information out. They have done both. They have called me several times after that and as of 12/28/2024 they have given my information out to other debt relief companies. I have received no less than 10 phone calls in the past week from other companies I never contacted. They were the ONLY ones I called. I want them to receive some form of penalty for doing this. I also am on the DO NOT CALL list.

      Please be advised that not only have THEY called me, they have given my information out online to other debt relief agencies. I WANT MY INFORMATION WITHDRAWN FROM THE SITE THEY GAVE IT OUT TO. THEY DID NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO SHARE MY INFORMATION AND THEY DID BECAUSE I HAVE RECEIVED NO LESS THAN 20 CALLS FROM OTHER ************** THEY WERE THE ONLY ONES I CONTACTED.
