Buildfire's products and services don't work. Their app builder doesn't create a functioning app. It creates an app that runs slow, glitches frequently, and doesn't reflect what you've created in the builder. Also when seeking to resolve glitches or technical issues, no one is there to help. We worked with ******** at first and she ignored requests for help and technical assistance for months. Do not use Buildfire.

I disputed fraudulent charges by Buildfire on my credit card TWICE and had the fraudulent charges removed TWICE. Do you know what Buildfire then did? They actually had the unmitigated gall to attempt a THRID time, can you believe that?!!! Unknown to them my bank blocked Buildfire from ever charging my credit again and just advised me to file a police report which is exactly what I've done!

You can tell a lot about this BuildFire.com company by their unwillingness to process a refund for their own fraudulent billing practices.BuildFire.com appears to be a decent company, until you start working with them. The sales team is nice enough until you need assistance. Then you are on your own.We signed up for a monthly subscription service with their sales staff who assured us that cancelling the BuildFire.com subscription would be simple if we chose no longer to use them. The cancellation process for the BuildFire.com app was easy, except for the part that after you cancel, they will still continue to bill your credit card. Then upon requesting a refund for extra billing after the cancellation, customer service says that "management" will not allow a refund.Really? BuildFire.com management said "Let's keep billing these guys after they have already cancelled and keep it." This sounds like a farce. No respectable company in today's tech world wants to fradulently bill you extra after you cancel...unless they are struggling to for money. So, if you want a company that needs to squeeze you for every extra dollar (that they didn't earn) and refuses to work with you in any legitimate way, then BuildFire.com might just be what you're looking for.BuildFire.com offers a below average app builder, way below average customer service and the cherry on top...they will keep billing you after you cancel. My advice if you are considering BuildFire.com - keep looking, there are many better options out there.
