      I transferred approximately $15,000 into an investment amount at this bank in August. Every time I check the account balance online, it says that it is $0. I have called 4 times to get the issue resolved, and each time I am told to wait for IT to fix it. I was also told that I cannot pull my money out of this bank until they fix the issue. It has been almost 2 months of being unable to account for our use my money, which is unacceptable. The money is not the property of the bank or at the discretion of the bank to be released to me regardless of whether they are or are not able to fix the issue.

      My daughter is 3 years old and has cancer she can have a procedure done that will save her life costing over $300,000 my insurance is requiring a $5000.00 co-payment or she is unable to have it. Without it she will die. I got the money from working and some from my church. They gave me check from there bank. I opened a axos account because the add said get your money faster with mobile deposits. So I did mobile deposit now after verifying everything they closed my account a week ago and said they would send my money in my account to my states lost and found. My money as of today is still sitting in my account. I took a selfie and took one holding Id and told them about my daughter I don't understand because I verify everything when I open the account. If they can't give me my money at least cut me check at my address listed with the BBB. My daughter will die. It's been a week the $ still sitting iny account. Please I'm begging ******************* let me take out account for her life. It check.

       I do not accept this response because this money was for my daughter's copay to get surgery she will die without the surgery and now the surgery was scheduled for this Tuesday and she did not have it the church donated this money and they have had if they send the money to the lost and found in my state it's still sitting in my account there's no reason why they can't cut a check and send it to my address on file with the BBB it's been sitting there for a month and it was for my daughter's copay imagine if this is one of your child's and she was going to die if she didn't have the surgery and the bank held it if they don't want me to bank with him fine but send me my check back they even had me send the check and they cashed it and now they're keeping it and they still haven't sent it anywhere I want a check mailed to my address on the file on the BBB close my account and mail me a check to the BBB address on file cc

       They completely screwed me over. They stole my money. My daughter has cancer and does not have much time left and she can have a surgery that will save her and the church gave me a check for the co payment and I deposited in my account and they froze my account then said they were closing it and sending my money to the lost and found of my state well I have been checking daily and it has not been sent there. I told them about my daughter and what money was for they did not respond I will continue to tell my story until someone hears my daughter is only 3 and if she does it's her life on there hands because the church gave me the money and they stole it

      I am a small business owner that was severely affected by the pandemic. The *** had a list of banks that they deposit to . My current bank was not on that list but my Axos bank was. I printed a direct deposit form from the N26 website and submitted to the ***, they then deposited the funds. Now my card is locked for no apparent reason and my funds that were meant to help me are not available!! **************** has been of no help and now my financial situation is getting worst! Im facing eviction which was held off until I received these funds! My car will be repoed if I do NOT get acces to the funds! I am disgusted with this bank and I only want MY money and this account will be closed and I will NEVER have any business with this bank!

       IT HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH NOW AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY!! MY BUSINESS IS SUFFERING BECAUSE I CAN NOT BUY SUPPLIES!!!! THE *** GAVE ME THESE FUNDS TO HELP MY BUSINESS AND THIS BANKS ACTIONS HAS CAUSED ME MORE DAMAGE!!!!

      Issues w/Axos Bank, whom I have my mortgage with for our property at *********************************., as **** has continued to misappropriate from not one, but TWO of my accounts five different times, each since the end of March, during this COVID TIMES and while I've been in the process to try to refinance of my home. I've reached out to them multiple times via the usual customer service means, always with a different person, department, which resulted with being informed they will refund a check within 45 days, which the first round I was stressfully forced to accept. Those funds reimbursed. Since then, over a year later, I accidentally paid mortgage to old account in ******* **** has not reimbursed and stated since March I was one month behind, I paid an ADDITIONAL month's payment to cover this, but STILL out the 8/2020 payment. No resolution to date, only letters of apology, and now they want financials update, no problem, but I want my extra payment back.
