      I purchased a oil change from this organization through *******. I made an appointment for this morning and spoke with ***** the manager. He took all my information and then proceeded to tell me that I needed to pay an additional $27.99 plus tax in order to get my oil changed. I advised him that it clearly shows on my voucher that I've already paid for the service. He refused to honor the voucher and refused to change my oil. He refused to provide the owners name and refused to provide owner contact information so that I can speak to whomever he kept blaming as the reason he was charging me again and the reason he will not honor the already paid service.

      The Groupon that was purchased by the customer for an oil change was not applicable for their vehicle.  The Groupon offer clearly states that it is for "most cars" and only covers 5W30 oil.  It also states that there would be tax and hazmat fees in addition to the cost of the Groupon itself.  The customer's vehicle does not use 5W30 oil and they were only quoted for the additional cost of the appropriate oil for their vehicle as well as the taxes and hazmat fee.  The customer declined the service and the ******* was never redeemed, so the customer is more than welcome to request a refund for Groupon for the unused offer.  Furthermore, we are no longer accepting Groupon to make sure there is no further confusion as to the terms of the offer.

      The employee that I spoke to never mentioned anything about my vehicle not using the oil offered in the Groupon.  How do I get my refund??

      The ******* was never redeemed with us, therefore the customer is able to request a refund directly from Groupon.  We were never paid by ******* because it was not redeemed with us, so the refund would need to come from ******* and not our facility.

      On October 26, 2022, I called Brake Stop to make an appointment to get my brakes checked because they were under warranty. My warranty was from work that I got done on my 2016 ****** Sentra on 04/2021. At the time of the work I had ******* miles on the vehicle. *** warranty was a 2 year/24,000 mile warranty. When I took the vehicle in on November 11, 2022, the vehicle was at about ******* miles. *** vehicle was still under warranty. I had this understanding with the manager ******* at the time of making the appointment. I go into Brake Stop on November 11, I tell ******* my brakes are squeaking and they are under warranty and I would like them inspected and replaced because of the warranty. ******* handed me an invoice that said it would cost me $95 for him to inspect it. I handed him back the invoice and said my car is under warranty I should not be paying a fee for you to inspect it. I have been going to this location for years and they have never done that. ******* said to me at that time. "I can look at your vehicle and tell you nothing is wrong with my work and then have you pay for an inspection". I said to *******, Please check my vehicle for the warranty and replace the parts needed. ******* took my vehicle in, kept it for 4 hours called me and said there was no problem with the parts that were under warranty, but if I wanted him to check my vehicle for other issues it would be $95.00. I told *******, I am only bringing the vehicle in to check the parts that are under warranty and if he saw no issues, I will come and pick up my car. He told me no and I came in to pick up my vehicle. 10 minutes later I took my vehicle to ***** tires they told me my rotors and pads were no good and did I want them replaced. I said yes, paid the $363 cost and they put the pads and rotors in my trunk that I can show. you. Once I told ******* what happened. He told me he could replace my pads and rotors, I told him the work was already complete. I emailed Brake Stop for refund.

      I was referred here by a friend and had my front brakes and rotars replaced in december and then came back in April to have my back brakes and rotars replaced. When I received my car back the steering wheel was still vibrating and my brakes were squeaking. When I took it back to find out the problem I was told the front brakes were no longer under warranty and the back brakes had 2k left under warranty. I was pressured to do the front brakes not under warranty but chose not to. I took my car in again the day before the service and the at 4pm the day of service was told they didnt have the parts. I spent $100 in uber rides to get to work and back to not have anything done on my car. How can it be that my steering wheel vibration was never fixed and my brakes now squeak after service? Were my rotars even changed? When I asked this it was put back onto me and it was made my fault. I will not be coming back here nor would I recommend them. I will be taking my car to get a second opinion and see if my rotars were even changed to begin with
