On November 9, 2023 I purchased a $250 gift card for car detailing services from **************************** Repeated attempts to schedule the service which were cancelled after the scheduled service time, no shows, and no responses, I informed Merchant "This is completely unprofessional and I no longer wish to have my car detailed." I disputed my charge on my credit card and the Merchant responded to ************* request stating I did not provide cancellation. I have a letter for which I **** mailed *****************, owner, formally requesting a full refund for the services not performed and cancellation of the requested services, which again were never performed. ************ as a result of the Merchants lying response put the charge back on my account. The Merchant will not respond to any of my attempts for him to respond to *********** stating he accepts and confirms my request to cancel the services and for them to issue me a credit to my *********** account. He verbally on a 3 way recorded line told *********** to issue me the credit back, but *********** refuses to do so within ***'s written confirmation and approval to cancel services.
