On 8/5/2021 Aquariumfish.net sold me a sick sailfin ***** that has cloudy eyes. They refused to provide a refund or a replacement for this obviously sick fish.Initial Complaint

Several months ago I ordered over ***** worth of fish, plus the ***** shipping fee, which I understood upfront. Upon arrival, many of the fish were dead. Some were sticking to the tops of the bags-others were floating DOA. The remaining fish, I added to my tank, as instructed (I had healthy fish in the tank already) and within one day most of the new fish died. First, I believe they were way too young to transport, as many were not even as big as my pinkie finger nail. I have purchased online fish before, and they usually come at least 1-1.5 inches large-as a standard. Second, the packaging seemed loose so the fish got stuck at the tops of the bags and died. Finally, the water in the bag of the fish that were DOA was dirty and cloudy. I emailed the business immediately 3x, to which I got not response. Then I found them on Face Book so I sent a message there. They emailed from a different email saying they would send fish-just pay shipping-I did and they sent only 2 very small fish.
