Horrible! Do NOT buy from this business! My sister was told she could "get a deal" on an already made home on their lot, then was told she couldn't qualify. They then forced her to order a home that she didn't want. Proceeded to deliver it without notifying her or anyone else in their own company. Hook up of the house has been terribly slow and the State Inspector has been out multiple times because they can't get it right. The finance company they work with is horrible and has been holding back the loan as well. My sister gave them the down payment when requested but she keeps being told that she can't move in and the reasons keep changing. When she calls, nobody picks up the phone. She leaves a message and it takes them a week to call her back. I try to email them on her behalf and am told to "speak to your sister". No cooperation or helpfulness as they don't care whether she can move into the home or not. This whole process has been a JOKE from day 1 and I would NEVER, EVER recommend anyone buy from this business!

My parents very unfortunately bought a home from Homes Direct **********. Its been almost two years of grief for them since selling our family home and buying a manufactured home from this place. After being told their home would be ready in 6 months, my parents were forced to live in a trailer for a year and a half. It was only after me leaving a bad review of this place that finally got their home delivered (they asked me to remove my first bad review once the house was delivered). We thought that my parents finally having a place to live again would be the end of their problems, but it is not. For months they have been awaiting repairs that have been needed since the day the house was delivered. It is 30 degrees out and their furnace doesnt even workit never has. They cant open or close their windows, there is cracked drywall, unfinished electrical, and many other repairs that were supposed to be completed. This company will tell you everything you want to hear but when it comes to delivering on promises and signed contracts - they will deceive you. Choose anyone else but this company. You do not want to experience what my parents have gone through and based on reviews- what many other people are going through as well!
