First time buying a vehicle, set up with a massive predatory loan for a 2011 **** silverado (239k mi) ****% while steering me a way from the actual vehicle i wanted which was the same price but for some reason couldn't be done. Although after i left first time telling me nothing works in terms of loans, they managed to find a couple that work after making sure i had my hopes crushed a little bit Car problems/lies *3/4 windows work promised to fix started becoming hard to come in contact with *advertised alarm system only sold me the key fob nothing in the actual car to lock it remotely

Fraudulent company. Paid off vehicle unable to obtain plates from DMV. They did not pay our taxes and we had to pay DMV.There is a VLT stop on vehicle. Been over 1 year and a half and cannot obtain plates due to this fraudulent company.

I agree with other reviews, DON'T BUY FROM THIS PLACE! I had my mechanic check a car I got from them and found out it had severe structural damage that hadn't been fixed! They let me return it and get my trade-in back. But then a few days later, the car with the damage was listed in their inventory, and I doubt it was fixed! According to my mechanic this is a common issue with this place! Obviously they aren't that concerned with peoples lives!

Lots of smoke and mirrors when questioning the status of the vehicle we purchased on March 12, 2022. At first, they seem professional but after 30 days of purchasing the vehicle in cash, we called to check on the status of our registration and title of ownership. This call occurred today, April 8, 2022. I advised that we had not received any registration or title transfer from CA DMV. I was transferred from **** to the person that is in charge of the process of titles and registration transfers, This young lady who processes the paperwork for them basically was playing the shell game. We find out that the paperwork had not been processed because they had just bought the car from CARMAX and were waiting for CARMAX paperwork. After a few calls, I asked to speak to someone in charge and a man got on the phone and said he was the owner. He basically said I had no business questioning the work of his employee. He began to yell at me and stated not to call again. I advised him that we were entitled to the transfer of title, ownership and registration. We were customers in good faith who purchased a car. He said he didn't care and wouldn't tolerate my harassment of his employees. I advised I was doing my due diligence as a ********** Consumer who had paid cash for the car. I wanted to get to the bottom line and he continued yelling at me and told me to find a bar and have a drink.I was outraged, not only with the unprofessional treatment, the smoke and mirrors, but also lack of respect as a law abiding consumer. He then put me on hold and said I should receive the paperwork in 2 weeks. I asked if someone could contact us to give us an update. Here is what he said: " I don't need to contact you and don't tell me what to do".I contacted DMV and DMV verified that no paperwork has been received for any change of ownership or registration or license plates. We hope that they will be professional. BBB needs to remove their status as an A rating.
