**************** is horrible, to try to contact them been waiting on hold each time over an hour, and each representative said they will pass on the issue to the accounting department and half a year later still having the same issue. When my roommate moved out we transferred the appliance into my name a washer and dryer that I'm doing rent to own. I have made all the payments that are required for the item, the contract was for 18 payments, when we called to see if it can be transferred the representative said yes and reassured that the prior payments will carry over, and now I'm still getting bills for something I already have paid.Review from Lakeshia J

This company is a complete disaster! I scheduled for my washer and dryer that i was renting to be picked up 3 weeks before my lease was over. Now they are saying that they can not come get it until days after my lease is up. Now how awful is that when I told them that I would no longer be residing there and I have to turn my keys into the complex. So now I have moved my lease has come to an end and the washer is still there! This is a complete nightmare and I do not know what to do! They would not even give me an address that i can drop it off to. And they are now probably going to try to charge me for another month of service for a machine that should have been picked up a while ago! And I don't even know what charges I am going to accrue from the complex because they failed to come get their washer and dryer. I would not advise anyone to use this company. Do you research and shop around. I am giving you a fair warning...

I got a washer and dryer back in August 7, 2023. The washer quit working after using it twice. The washer also quit in the middle of the cycle and I had to drain the water out of the washing machine myself. I try contacting customer service and they will not pick up the phone. I also try scheduling maintenance and they said they won't be available until September 5th. I am paying rent on an appliance that doesn't work. This is unacceptable business practices.Review from Berenisse P

After waiting almost a month to get my equipment installed the dryer I was given not only had dents in it, but the washer I was given didnt work properly (would not rinse & spin) after trying to get in contact with customer service and being put on hold for 30 minutes several times. I was finally able to reach someone when I asked them to come pick up the equipment. (Getting the equipment serviced would have taken a week also) - I had pre-paid for the month of service I was supposed to be getting -, they then said it would take a week to get the equipment picked back up and that I would have to call them after the equipment was picked up to discuss getting a refund. Absolutely horrible. Garbage equipment, horrible customer service.Review from Shari T

This company has the worst ratings and the worst service I've ever experienced. The massive list of issues I've had in the 6 months I've become a customer1)Waited weeks for installation2) The delivery service didn't apply the ties to the back of the machine and didn't connect it properly3) The bad machine was spinning so fiercely it moved away from the wall and caused a major flood since it wasn't tied.4) The washing machine was dented and damaged5) The dryer was filthy and gross. The washer had old fabric softener still left in the cup.6) During Covid-19 they should have made sure the machines were sanitized. ***Y **** NOT!7) Machines are very old and beat up and sound like machine guns8) The washer is extremely ************ loud as it's damaged. Clothes are not rinsed and are sopping wet.9) Only tried to do small loads but the machine shakes uncontrollably10) The delivery service was suppossed to swap out my machine for a new one11) They texted me at 12:30 to say they would be here in an hour. I called at 2:30 and they said they tried? They were going to call the supervisor and hung up12) The reps at ** said to wait now to 6/23 but then 6/15 slot opened13) No supervisor available or calls you back14) Now I have to wait another month to wash my clothes15) The driver lied HE SAID HE WENT TO *** OFFICE. IF YOU **** ABLE TO GET IN TO *** OFFICE YOU COULD HAVE COME TO MY APT16) Never came to my house and only called once17) ** IS A ******** SERVICE HERE AS WE HAVE OVER 300 **** SO TO ACT LIKE ***YVE NEVER BEEN HERE BEFORE IS BULL.18) All service has to do is dial my number in the call box and I hit #9.19) They never spoke to me and never showed *** was given a credit for $50 but there machines are not worth it at all. Extremely damaged and used. Warehouse never does there job cleaning the machines and inspecting them.YOU PAY $50 ********* ******* ******** THAT DON'T WORK. MY ********* IN THIS BUILDING 27 *** HAD *** ***** SAME COMPLIANTS!!!!***** COMPANY"Appliance Warehouse Response
