  To whom this may concern,I live in ************* community, seems like my HOA hired a NOT AUTHORIZED SHADY TOWING COMPANY called I - TOW TOWING company after I checked their license on safer.fmcsa.dot.gov.They towed my car on Saturday and I picked it up on the same day. They charged me $480 because after hours fee $180. They open M-F, but they towed my car on Saturday.Aren't they supposed to be closed then and not towing cars? Plus storage fee $80 even tho it's the same day. Is that even fair?So you dont have a choice but paying $480 if you get towed on the weekend.

  First off WRONG ************ do you people actually READ BEFORE you file BS complaints? Second, they are CLOSED weekends ALLOWED BY LAW! Research the law before you start filing complaints. Educate yourself before you make a fool of yourself. The law CLEARLY states M-F 8am to 5pm, OPEN. If you choose to pickup outside those hours, YOU PAY THE AFTER HOUR FEE!!! Their rates are supposed to be within local jurisdiction, so I cant comment there.

  On February 16th enforcement tow towed my moms vehicle. I paid 325$ and got the car unhooked. Now theyre stalking my house and came to my house 3 times since February 16. They make ************ in front of my garage and I have everything on camera. This tow truck company got me fearing for my families safety. Please do something about this predatory tactics of this company.

Towed my car from my designated parking spot in my apartment (which I pay for) without providing any notice to me. Upon collecting the vehicle they failed to provide me with written authorization even after insisting upon it and hence violating my rights under ********** Vehicle Code ***** ""(C)(i)When the vehicle owner or their agent claims the vehicle, the towing company prior to payment of a towing or storage charge shall provide a photocopy of the written authorization to the vehicle owner or the agent.""I have recorded the entire conversation.

  This tow truck unlawfully towed my car while I was studying at a ********* and claimed that I left the property. The company showed me no proof, no authorization that my car was requested to be towed by the business. They also forced me to pay through cash or ***** and claimed that their credit card machine was broken.

  Towing Company holding car longer than needed. They state cars can be picked up with an appointment, but that is untrue. They do not answer phone calls, emails, or voice messages. I need my baby's car seat. They are irregular about their business, they lie and deceive.

  Hello. To whom it may concern. I am writing to you to make a complaint. I parked my vehicle right in front of a relatives house. My car was towed away with no warning without me breaking any parking laws. I have been getting targeted with this vehicle from a person that has given me issues to make my life a living h*** This is the second time in the last 2 months that my car was parked regularly and i gotten an illegal tow. My ***** Odyssey van was parked in front of my relatives house and was not blocking any driveway paths. I had important issues that I had to take care of in a nearby ****************** and I was informed that my vehicle was towed for what reason I have no idea. I know that ** being targeted illegally for me to have hardship in my life. I am just making this report to be on record and to file this because this is the second time this is happened and I have been getting threats about getting this car taken.   To who may consern I'm ******************************* and writing becused and I'm going to write this in the best way I can I have a leaving disability and I can't really spell or out words my sentes correctly and the person who wants me to file a compliant is hear *********************** and I sold jom my car to this men and at this point he homeless his number is ********** he was in the process off puting the car in his name he paid for the tags off the car and I also gave a him a bill off. Sale off the car the officeir have a side realse and he slowed the employs to steel all my stuff from my car and including thing that they cliam it's was there so the employees told the officer to take me in becused they feel I should go jail that they where not happy y that officer was letting me go that they wanted him to take to jail and impound my car and steel my items from my car they all so told me if I gave them my rsl name infromation that everything was cool that aslongest I was saying the truth that I had nothing to worried about so I did but one off the employs told me that to give him my information so they can discriminate me humiliate me and steel all my itimas from my car it's was not enough for the employs that I was cooperating with him after that that the oiffise came ofiser ***** and he ask me all this question about my personal life he all so told me tell me the truth and I let u go so I was honest and I did honestly I'm gona say this it's was not personal y I did what I did and if I'm a shame about it yes do I regret yes but it was not for them to humiliate inberedt me and tell the officer that there recommend to take to jail and to strip her out off everything that had the car like I mention I sold it to *********************** and he homeless that his bed and roof over his head he just got a job and what I did was wrong but I'm just try to help him out becused what I did ihe should pay the price and what I'm requesting if he can could get his car out from a at on p police impound but the car wasx not in a crime I all so now that my license was not suspended I was release side release and he tow the vehicle becused off the recent Was that the employees highly recommend to to take me in there's no recent y he should off taken me in and cost me to lose my job cost and stole every thing I had in my car my sale phone my stuff that I just bought the humiliation in frot off people to allowed the to see me **** moving me my previouslyoff my right my constitution right and I believe it's was because the ofgicerf at soonest he seen my records off my pass he seen me directly so at that point I was inwaa totally treat like if my right was taken and basically I had no right it's been a long time that I committed a crime and tecgnegly I was prosecuted and fail allegationsand for the officer to take change his mind after he sat in his office and took his time to read my my rap my file and told me he calling my job becused. The type of off person who I was doesn't deserve to have a job like that or to in a position where I'm at so he took me in becused he discriminate me in front of the employees the people his ******* lutendt he made jokes out my life and the recent y i took my time writing this is becused I'm tired off not speakings our loud and becused off my debility pepole in general population they take advantage of people like me and believe that I'm learning how to do thing the right way I was in a bad situation so I did what I thought was justified in my mind becused Im fully I'm not normal I never went to school I'm a learning disability dixlecia a a and believe me the and believe me if I had money to debilitated me and reach me and go to shcool I would but even the shcool judge you becused I don't have high school diploma I try so at this point I'm feel that my right where taken. Inversed me and violated my privity becused off my pass judge my pass like iff it's wasx it that I pay the time for whatever I was prosecuted in my pass so I believe that car was taken and found and accused to take un becused the chargers that went to jail for was I had all ready clear then I went to court so there was no more charges and that was not so I send the judge and they drop that charged because I all ready had clear them is there some I should I would like if I side release and there was no recent to take me in thenn the car should not have been taken in to the toward to release the car with no charges and or the privies owner should have to. pay

  On June 03,2023 at about 1pm I was involved in a car accident. I was looking for my insurance and road side assistance so that I can get a tow truck driver to pick my car up and drop it off at my home . When the police arrived so did a guy name ******************************* who claimed to have a town business and would tow my car at a free cost and take it to a storage called *********************. I explained that it was my first time being in an accident and he took advantage saying I dont need to my road side assistance and that he would do it at no cost. During the accident this person ***** was not flagged down by either partys or by police enforcement. He told me to tell the police that I was waiting for my tow truck to arrive, however, he initiated that and called his company and a driver to arrive. He did not want me to tell police that it was him who would be towing my car. I asked him for the free and he said it was free to not worry about it and he also told my parents the same. The next day Jun 04 I called him to ask for a storage fee he said again to not worry because Im his customer. On Monday when the storage place opened I picked up my car and paid $1,145 that I did not have. He offered to pay me back by Friday and he did not comply forcing me to make a police report and see how I can get help with this situation he created. The storage fee was $750 when I could have left it free at home. He claims to have been flagged by people because I was trapped in the car, but he is a lier because my front car was not hit nor did my airbag go out . Only the back side of my passenger was hit. After calling the number on the receipt it says its not a valid number and is not in service so I contacted him directly to ask for him tow companys name and his name and he refused to give it to me. He refused to give me the total cost of the tow service, storage fee and any of his towing information that I never had because I never called he came after the police.

  On 07/01/2023 between 2:30- 3:00 am, Enforcement Tow, towed my car out of my designated parking spot, that I pay monthly for. I walked to my leasing office, and saw at least 5 cars parked completely wrong (over the line, half way into someone elses spot, etc.). Enforcement tow, says they closed Saturday and Sunday (all day), also says theyre closed from 5:00pm to 8:00 am on weekdays so how on Saturday morning between 2:30 - 3:00am Enforcement Tow is out towing cars? Why cant they also answer theyre phones? If theyre towing cars then theyre not closed, and definitely need to change their business information. It sounds and looks like they like to say theyre closed, so someone can contact them, and they can release peoples cars for a higher price. They need to be investigated. It just blows my mind that a towing company would tow my car from my spot, when theyre suppose to be closed.

  Complain to someone who cares. You are full of lies. Try telling the truth. Your vehicle was towed for parking OVER THE LINE and taking up TWO reserved stalls. Manager approved the tow! Hahaha so what now? Who owns the vehicle? NOT YOU! Another LIE! And blowing up the phones gets you nothing. Try telling the truth, quit complaining about YOUR OWN ACTIONS. Psst almost the same price monday, so we arent scamming for $$, ANOTHER LIE!!!

  I have proof yall passed over vehicles parked diagonally taking up spots. The manager knows the situation between me and my neighbor hitting my car and not providing her insurance so lie again Enforcement Tow. Also, it is my car, little do you know.
